Street and sidewalks in the area were under construction, but that didn't take away from the convenience of being within walking distance of museums, Parliament and a variety of dining establishments. Will book here again!

Room was not ready. When we entered the room, it was still dirty and had garbage all over the room including hair/mess in the bathroom.
Staff was very apologetic and offered another room right away.
Lots of construction around the area so accessibility was not ideal.
No other issues. Good location.

Friendly and efficient check in. Front desk staff offered restaurant suggestions. Room was clean. Restaurant was very good with excellent service. They made us breakfast when breakfast service had ended. Our only hesitation was that there were groups of men outside the door smokingeach time we were coming/ going. It did not give a welcoming feeling to the hotel

On the positive side, the beds and linen were very comfortable and the hotel is located in a very convenient area. It was also very nice to be able to open the window and get some fresh air in the room. The two major issues that kept me from rating the property higher were the fact that only one elevator was working and it took forever to getup and go down from the 9th floor. The second issue was the fact that there was no hot water at all in the morning. These 2 issues were very significant and kept up from enjoying our stay.
