The bedroom and bathroom were lovely- renovated snd updated. However the living room was what we walked into and it was horrible. Bad oversized basement style furniture. Just really bad. This part of the room needs serious wirk..

Location is excellent! Staff super attentive and helpful ☺️. Clean, safe, pretty and cozy! Yummy coffee machine, water refill station. Board games. Parking available. Discounts at La Buche, etc. As a single parent with little ones, I’d highly recommend!

Valet parking was good. service was nice. the room showing in the picture was much nicer than what I stayed in. the shower wasnt warm, the flooring was all peeled up from water damage. excellent location in the city

Long weekend trip for the Quebec German Christmas Markets. Convenient location within walking distance to the markets, Dufferin Terrace, restaurants, shops and Old Quebec sites. Located on a quiet street overlooking the Parc de Gouverneurs and Dufferin Terrace. Valet parking. Daily room cleaning. Continental breakfast with crepes and pastries. Coffee/ tea machine in lobby. All of the staff we encountered were courteous, friendly and helpful - from the desk staff (especially, Etienne) to kitchen staff and housekeeping.

This hotel is very well located to old Quebec top destinations. The building is historic and right next to Château Frontenac. The staff is friendly. The coffee is excellent. The room was very cozy.

Where to start? My husband and I love this property! It is our first choice for a place to stay every time that we come to Quebec City. It is so conveniently located... on the beautiful St. Lawrence River between the Chateau Frontenac and the US Consulate, positioned halfway between the top of the Haute Ville and the bottom of the Basse Ville. This makes it a very walkable location for seeing the Old City, which is great, because parking is almost non-existent. The ambiance of the hotel reminds us of our favorite small hotels of Paris. Nothing glitzy, but lovely and functional, and exceptional value for the price. The self-serve Continental breakfast is good value, and since it isn't included in the price of the room, you can choose every morning between the convenience of a quick bite at the hotel or a splurge on a fancy breakfast somewhere else in town. The 24-hour coffee bar is also very nice to have available. The lobby area with fireplace is stocked with books and games... and a reasonably-priced wine bar! The fully bilingual staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. You can book a massage on the premises (I didn't have time, so can't comment), and despite the historic building, a helpful elevator has been retrofitted (there are four levels in the building). There is limited car parking; if you need to park a car, you need to request it well in advance. Parking is only available via valet service, and they're usually very quick. There is an extra charge.

The photos are misleading. There is no pool on site, it is a 15min walk away at their sister hotel. When we arrived we were advised that due to construction/renovations there was no valet parking and we were to park nearby for $55/night. This was after I waiting 10min for check in while the staff was on a zoom call in the next room. When we retrieved our vehicle the next morning the staff member was very harassing to my husband about parking in front while we retrieved our luggage from the room. There was also a sign that stated something along the lines of « relax while we take care of your luggage and vehicle » which was not the case. The breakfast was ok, and convenient for the price of the night. The coffee machine was nice. It was ok for a night passing through to our next stop. But I would stay elsewhere if we were planning to visit longer than one night.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Very close to all you want to see in Quebec. Very friendly staff and clean rooms.

Location is central to all activities and restaurants.

The owner is very accommodating and kind. He let me check in 3 hours earlier than scheduled. My only complain was that I think during my stay there was also some renovation going on so it was noisy in the morning. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Thanks
