Many shops and excellent crepes and other eateries within walking distance. Most importantly was being able to visit Notre-Dame Basillica which is literally a few steps away. Front desk and housekeeping were professional, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location for Old Montreal and not far from Downtown. Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge bed with a great bathroom, especially the shower. Good selection of hotel restaurants and plenty of others within short walking distance

The hotel had a beautiful design and embodied the historic feel of the location and city, however, one downside of this was that while the old historic windows in the bedroom added to the design of the property, given that they were old they allowed a constant breeze / draft to enter the room. This made the stay a little less comfortable than ideal but overall the stay and experience at the hotel were great. Installation of curtains in the rooms in place of the Venetian style blinds would likely remove the issue with the breeze.

Exceptional Service and a Fantastic Stay I had an amazing experience at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough. The concierge, Amine, truly went above and beyond. When Expedia made an error with my booking, Amine stepped in and resolved the issue with incredible patience, professionalism, and kindness. His exceptional service made all the difference in my stay. The hotel was very busy during my visit, which is no surprise given the quality of the experience. My room was beautifully designed, with a classy ambiance and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Montreal. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in a good location, but the room had a cold feel, the phone didn't work to call the concierge or the front desk, and the TV control did not work. We asked for a room with a bathtub, but they asked for an extra $80 even though we had a superior room.
