Was a very nice clean suite we got for our trip! The jetted tub was lovely and the waterfall shower was just amazing. Very friendly staff.

Le Chabrol is good value for the traveller staying for a few nights in west-end Montreal. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's parking if you drive. The STM #90 bus passes by and offers good service east and west. The staff speak both languages. I was happy with my two nights at Le Chabrol.

Everything was fine except they started to clean my room before I checked out which left me in the breakfast room until it was time to go catch my flight. Which is is kind of weird because you have to check out there, they don't give out key cards. They should of known I had not left.

No one at front desk when we arrive...then a lady showed up ( not smiling, seemed bored, unpleasant) we had questions for her...hmm!!! didn't seemed to happy to help us. Room was ok but needs new TV...really not working well! It was okay for1 night, not sure that we would come back here!

It was an okay place to stay close to where we needed. There was people asking us for money when we got there as they were trying to also stay there The “free” breakfast was unfrozen eggs waffles and expired yogurt

Service was excellent. The room was well-furnished and comfortable. Nothing to say about the beddings and bathroom, but the floors were comically dirty. What was left in the coffee machine reservoir made it clear why the coffee packs never need to be re-stocked.

Not what we expected. Was told we were not allowed to have more than 2 people in the room at a time. Never experienced that before. Wasn’t sure why until we saw some of the other guests.

It was 3 minutes from the #20 autoroute, which saved me going through a lot of traffic to start my journey home. The free breakfast stopped at 10, and I overslept and missed it, but there was a restaurant 2 minutes away. It was very hard to find the entrance in the dark when I arrived. The soap provided was very basic. I would stay there again. The staff was excellent.

Ok place if you’re driving Not located near restaurants or pubs etc. If you open the curtain to your room you’ll have people immediately outside your window as there is an exterior walkway. Busy truck route out front. If you just need a place to sleep it’s ok. Staff is kind.

This place looks a lot nicer in photos. When we arrived we were shocked to see it was more of a "by the hour" type place with drunk people in the parking lot - the front desk actually sells alcohol... never seen that before. Anyway, it was pretty seedy, bed was comfy and deep bath was nice, but overall it didnt feel nice being there. Neighborhood is kinda bad too.
