Great price for a nice simple clean room.

Staff were friendly and welcoming.

There was no clean running water. The taps had thick dark brown coming out instead of fresh water. Pool was not working, hot tub was out of commission, and so was the paddling pool.

There was a snow truck in the parking lot and from noon the Friday till noon the Saturday no snow was removed we got stuck m! My child had to run to highway to get our food delivery as no one with out a truck could get in! Pool room was cold then out of order

This place was so grungy and dirty that we were didn't even stay 1 or the 3 nights booked. We paid the first night stay and went to another hotel local to moose jaw, didn't even try to argue for any money back. Won't be returning to this establishment ever.

Heat was not working i had to turn on the stove and the whole parking was full of snow

There were stains everywhere and smelled like cigarette. Won’t be back.

The hotel.com amnesties indicated restaurant and bar located on premises - however it was closed down a long time ago The hot tub was broken The sauna was out of order - looks like it hasn’t been used in years When we arrived to the hotel at 4 pm the office was closed There was no reply to the door bell No reply to the in- house telephone outside the office I had to call the hotel’s outside line to get someone to check us in The room and bed was nice and comfortable I chose this hotel because of the advertised food and bar on premises Hotels.com must bare some responsibility for the false claims on their site for this hotel This hotel need's to update the information as well as hotels.com

Check in was ok. When we opened the door to the room we got blasted with crazy heat and smell. The room stinks. Very old and previously smoked in. The bathroom was clean with the exception of the tub. There is such a build up it will need some serious scrubbing but it can certainly be cleaned better than it is. We wouldnt even use it. The mattress as so old/soft that when we sat on the bed, we sunk. I had a horrible sleep and was up half a dozen times in the night. By 6am my back hurt so bad that I had an upset stomach too. I couldn't even lay down anymore. When we went toxhexk out and try the continental breakfast there was a sign on the door to a black room that says breakfast is only 8-9, not 7-9 as listed in the description. I would not recommend this Inn to anyone and we will not be back!

Our room was freezing and uncomfortable and the parking lot was so full of snow we couldn’t park near our room.

This property needs a lot of upgrades and my wife and I will not stay here again. The pictures are from when it was new but now it’s old and cold.

Property is located in the community's industrial area. The hotel was probably quite nice at one time but has had little or no regular maintenance. It's very run down. Roads were poor during my trip and I was running late. Hotel staff actually called me at 8:30 pm to ask if I was still coming. I got the definite impression that checkin hours are limited.

The first lady I dealt with was nice, i accidentally booked 1 bed when i needed 2. Went back and told her and she switched it around. Also asked for a later check out. Atleast before 12 instead of 11. She was okay with that. The comfort was not too bad, bed was super soft but the pillows were to fluffy i woke up with a sore neck. Then house keeping comes and knocks at 11 asking when we were leaving as i was just packing things up and i mentioned we asked for a later check out but we would be out sooner than i thought. Then the front desk calls and asked if im paying for another night and i explained i already asked for a later check out and that i wouldn't be paying for another night like what the hell. I go check out and she asked if i put a damage deposit down (which i did) and then starts looking around for papers (this took her quite some time, nothing seemed to be organized) then asked if i paid on card (which i did) and she starts sifting through all the debit slips. Then asked if i paid credit and she goes “oh we will check your room and you will get your deposit back if its good, 2-3 days” Whatta slow check out process with the lack of communication on top of that.

Very tidy and clean.they take care of there property and fix things quickly. I would recommend a stay here

i like the pleasant environment but the property is very old and shower was not good and chair in the room was broken

Continental breakfast was ok but no place to sit and enjoy, Had to go back to the room.

property was very old and outdated. It was clean but smelled a bit funny in the hallways and common areas. Saw a mouse trap underneath the bed when packing up, so that's something I never like to see in my room. The pics on expedia showed a full bar and vlt's but that was not the case.
