Excellent staff, very clean and newly renovated. Staff stayed up late to help us with a very late check in. This place was excellent, booked 2 rooms. Would come again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was for being off season, all occupied rooms were at one end, close to the highway so heard traffic, smokers (incl pot) talking outside close to our door, and walls are not very sound proof, incl clomping across the floor. Was Ok for 2 nights but also abit pricey.

Booked this based on the 8.2/10 rating. Big mistake. To be fair, I don’t care about a place being dated as I was just passing through, but it was filthy. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, mystery stain on the bathroom wall, dirty walls in the rest of the room, etc. The bed was so uncomfortable that sleep was limited, and I don’t want to even think about what is on the fabric headboard. That being said, check in was easy and the person who checked us in was friendly. The bottle of water in the room was appreciated. Overall, if you are stuck for a place to stay in Blind River, I recommend sleeping in your car over staying here.

The floor was very dirty. I don’t think it was swept or washed for a long time. Our feet were black from walking in it. We had to wear our shoes the whole time.
The bathroom was very small and had no counter space.
