the Christmas JINGLE BAR was adorable... great sharables, cute outside area, .... room was clean, stocked and comfortable. central location- easy walking distance

Beautiful property, perfect location, the dining was delicious. The only thing is, our bathroom lights were all out, except for one bulb, so it was hard to see. The mirror’s light wasn’t working either. We told the staff but they didn’t seem to mind but will definitely go back! Loved it.

The room wasn't what we expected from the pictures. It was impossible to use the pool as the room and the water were too cold. Everything is old.

Very quaint hotel with cute cafe and store and lovely dining room. Really nice side area with little cabins and fire places, however it was all closed during our midweek stay. The restaurant was closed for a private function which was annoying, They are dog friendly which is great. However,$35 plus $18 per night for parking and resort fee is way over the top for that hotel. We would however say it’s a nice spot and would go back.

Lovely hotel, have stayed here repeatedly. I don’t recall having to pay for parking in the past and honestly, $35 to park just seems ridiculous when you guys have a competing lot literally across the street for $10. You are not downtown although certainly downtown adjacent and paying to park is just silly.

This is a beautiful hotel in the public areas. The holiday decorations are very very nice and tasteful. The restuarant is absolutely terrific. But the room we had (112) in the main part of the hotel was pretty uncomfortable. The temperature in the room was not adjustable (according to the desk clerk), and it was constantly in the high 70s in the room. The room also looks out on the indoor pool, so there was the smell of chlorine constantly, and kids loudly playing in the pool until 10pm.

No HOT WATER in sink and Shower had an event and couldn't take shower before leaving. Freezing water to brush teeth and wash hands and face. NO WIFI NOISY heater with NO HEAT had to use extra blanket from the other bed to stay warm. Told front Desk said a manager would reach out but NO ONE EVER DID.

Clean, beautiful and quite properly very close to all of the local attractions. Holiday theming in the lobby and bar areas are a highlight every year. Minimal vegetarian options in the hotel restaurant, as such, chose to dine elsewhere.

Fireplace didn't work and there were significant 'hidden charges' ($40 a day to park and $20 a day 'resort fee'). Beautiful Christmas decorations, room was spotlessly clean and bed was super comfy.
