The breakfast is horrible not a lot of options, the coffee is not good, the eggs are bad and the bagels are not fresh at all and the appliances like the toaster are bad. Also there’s one blanket in the bed and it’s so uncomfortable it feels like we’re sleeping with cardboard

I checked in to the hawksbury quality Inn, January 6 th, 2025 at approximately 5:00 p.m., I had the king size bed in a very plain and cold room, The temperature outside was minus 11 and the room temperature was set at 21, but hardly reached 19, the bed had only a pair of sheets for a cover the cold was penetrating the right through, I could hardly sleep, in the morning I had a continental breakfast consisting of a muffin and bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. I thought it was very expensive to pay over $150 for the room with Expedia, to find out later that I could have directly booked that same room with the quality in for the $108. These days one has to double and triple check everything before making a commitment. Thank you

Our stays are always great. Staff is wonderful. Rooms could use some work, closet door missing, bedroom closet door broken with no handle but I can certainly live with it.

Paid good money to stay there on last night of stay in hawkesbury to enjoy the hot tub and pool to find out once i was there it wasn't working Also witnessed someone complaining about house keeping going through his stuff in room to the front desk. And seen the owner listening around the corner then run outside. Would have thought he would have interveined and tried to resolve the issue instead of running like a coward likely will second guess staying there on my next trip to hawkesbury

All was great for our 1 night stay. The early check-in was perfect.

It was fine for one night. Carpet in room is old and pretty gross.

The facilities were adequate while the staff was excellent.

Bon service, bonne reception, checkout rapide, assez propre, pas de possibilité d’ouvrir de fenêtre, chambre un peu serré #101, décoration complètement dépassé dans la chambre, déjeuner correct, quand meme un bon choix, les petite saucisses sont bonnes, mais pas les galettes de saucisses, pas mangeable, les reste ok, bon jus de pomme naturel, tranquille, mais le lit est dur, conclusion correct pour un passage de deux jours de travail, mais pas pour des vancances, aurait besoin d’un refresh dans les chambres,

I've stayed at many hotels, even Quality Inn's. The one in Hawkesbury, Ontario was in a class by itself for cleanliness and service. Well done!
