Overall stay was great, only minor thing would be how much the hallways echo when people walk by due to the flooring.

Driving through Clearwater this was a perfect stop for our family. The service was top notch, the rooms were clean and quiet .. looked to be newly updated. For the price … it was perfect.

The centrally located lobby was nice and the continental breakfast was great.

Very Disappointing Stay I stayed at this hotel with my hockey team, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Upon entering our room, my kids discovered weed oil near the light, and there was a strong odor coming from underneath the door. The pool was much smaller than expected, and there was no hot tub, which was a big disappointment. I also had major issues with the service. I called the front desk over 10 times on Sunday morning to request that my room be freshened up, but no one answered. When I did manage to speak with the front desk, the male staff member was rude and unhelpful. Additionally, they increased our room rate by $100 once they found out we were a hockey team, which felt like price gouging. To make matters worse, I accidentally left a few personal items behind after checking out. When I called a few hours later to inquire about them, I was informed that they had been thrown away in the garbage. On a positive note, the lady who served breakfast was very kind and helpful, and she was the only bright spot during our stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. It was overpriced, poorly managed, and the staff’s lack of professionalism made for an extremely frustrating stay.

I found check in easy, staff was polite. the facility was in great shape. some of the parking lot was a bit icy and I felt that could use a bit of care, but overall I think it's a great place.

A little dated but spacious and clean.

Room was spacious plus there is a bonus small kitchen which is essential for a family traveling with small kids.

Loved the stay here. Very close to Wells Grey National Park. Absolutely loved the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay with an excellent breakfast. Nicely remodeled rooms except our coffee maker wasn’t working well but the lobby has an excellent machine with different types of coffee and lattes. We would stay there again for sure

Property was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that the Hot Tub was not working and out of service. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

This motel is cozy, everything is so comfortable, must come back again!

Was expecting to have the room cleaned but came back from a day of touring and no clean towels bed not made . Don’t know what you pay for if you don’t get that service . Front desk person did not even lift his head to say good morning as it was more important to be on his phone . The restaurant was the best pet of the hotel amazing staff and food . Will not stay here again 😞

The room was really large, even had a small kitchen area. Beds were comfy and linens were nice and fresh. Surprised at how nice this place is inside. The hot continental breakfast was really good also.

Lovely large, clean and comfy room with king bed. Small kitchen which was perfect for our needs. Supper in the hotel restaurant. Really good service and the food was very good. Breakfast (included) was great … full cooked breakfast. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Clearwater.
