Amazing experience, conveniently located in the heart of Magog. The hotel was very accommodating and the front desk staff were very friendly. The gym was well equipped, and spacious. The hotel room was a condo so you had a full-size fridge and stove so you were missing nothing but the local restaurants were delicious.

The apartment was very nice and well furnished. If it wasn't for the cold water in the spaS it would have been perfect.
Suggestion, when you have two spas plan maintenance to insure that at least one of them is ready for guests.

Excellent one night stay on way to Quebec City . We had a 1 bedroom unit on 4th floor. Loved the rooftop hot tub and sauna as well as the Nespresso machine in the room .
So clean and friendly staff. Will definitely be back

Stayed over on the way home from Montreal to the US. New loft style apartment hotel units on inlet to Memphremagog Exceptionally clean and well designed.. Magog is an old mill town that is definitely on the rebound as an Eastern township destination - many nice new restaurants and shops.

Very nice condo, brand new, with all commodities.
Staff at the reception helpful and friendly.

Fantastic location near everything, shops, restaurants, entertainment. The patisserie (pastry shop) on the ground floor is gorgeous. Fully-equipped apartment with premium appliances. Underground parking. Friendly staff. We'll be back.

Incredible! Only down side: should have a parking spot reserved for unloading and loading luggage’s. Not fun walking a block with luggage and a cooler ;-)

Loved this place. It is in a central area of Magog and close to the highway and other areas that made it easy to explore the Townships.
They allowed pets so we travelled with a cat who enjoyed the balcony. Unit was very spacious so cat litter placement was a non issue.
The place backs onto a railway line and the train runs 2x per day and blows a loud horn. When asleep it was a non-issue for us but would be a problem for a light sleeper. Roof has a nice terrace, sauna & hot tub we used every day. All clean.
