Amazing hotel, this hotel is well taken care of and it shows, the pool is extremely clean (which is rare for a hotel). I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend to anyone! The only thing is they need to figure out is their snow removal. At 5 AM they started running snow blowers and skid steers, the big windows allow that sound in very easily.

I was impressed with the room, and I am sure this had more to do with being on the ground floor than anything else, but every time a toilet was flushed above, there was a loud bang and you could very clearly hear the plumbing draining. Kind of annoying g and disruptive to sleep so I was disappointed with that.

We enjoyed the rooms and the building itself.
The pool was overly chlorinated Dec 31st which caused our eyes to burn and our kids who were swimming to cough. It was better the Jan 1st.
We came to the hotel to swim with our kids, so that part was very disappointing.

Very noisy room originally. Sports teams throughout the hotel instead of keeping one wing or area for others. Kids running up and down the halls and teens hanging out in the halls. Requested move to quiter area. New room was not ready as advised upon return to check in. 2 of 3 desk staff basically had a take it or leave it attitude. Public pays alot of money per night for these rooms and should at least be entitled to a quiet time after 9 or 10 pm.
