Staff was amazing, especially Theresa at the front desk. Food was a bit pricy but the room was very comfortable. I would stay again :)

Plane landed late. 2 AM instead of midnight. The desk person gave my family the keycard immediately so they could go upstairs and get settled in, and then processed my credit card, ID etc... He asked when our flight was, and then, without asking, gave us a late checkout and suggested we sleep in. Across the board the Westin staff showed us that they get exhausted travellers and were sympathetic.

Last minute booking as our flight was delayed, I was able to get in in the middle of the night and gave us a late check out so we could at least get a little bit of sleep thank you very much

The shuttle driver never picked us up at the airport to bring us to the hotel. When he didn’t show up from the initial call I called the hotel again and got connected to the shuttle driver. He was VERY rude and told me that he went to the airport and was at the post he told me to be at but he was never there. He advised me that he was going to come and pick us up at the post we were standing at but he never showed up. After waiting another 20 minutes (in the cold all this time) we ended up needing to take a taxi that cost us $30 to get .7 km away. Thankfully the hotel reimbursed us for the taxi but I was very insulted by the shuttle driver yelling at me that I was the one who made the mistake and then hanging up on me.

This was my second stay here and I enjoyed it as much as the first time. My only complaint is the water that gathers around my feet in a pool when I'm showering without the stopper having been adjusted. Happened on both stays. I don't like that feeling.

My television in Rm 1031 was spotty. My bathroom had an empty shower gel bottle, although it was quickly refilled when I came back that afternoon. The Ice machine on the 10th floor was not working.
