We, a group of 5, booked 2 Club Grand Rooms but got upgraded to 2 Suites on Christmas Day, overnight stay. Initially delighted for the upgrades, only later excited to be in the spacious room with 2 toilets and a BIG bath (must experience). The services on the Club Floor was the best in all branded hotel names. For breakfast, I would go to the 6th floor where your needs would be catered for. ENJOY!

Everything during my stay went very smooth and I felt like I stayed at home. Max Lin was very polite and professional to treat me like a VVIP even if it was my first time to stay there. She guided me through every single benefit and policy when checking in and escorted me to the elevator to make sure I get familiar with the hotel. Breakfast on 6 floor was amazing with the verity and freshness of food. All staffs were nice and spoke fair English making me very comfortable when I was in any needs. The other staffs at the club lounge also very well experienced and respectful with smile every time. Thank you for making my stay as home, Max. Miley, and Phoebe!!
