Staff was simply amazing, trying to help with all my needs. I arrived to the property very early (around 7am), and I checked in straight away! Not many places would do that. Airport pick up and drop off was very reliable. Highly recommend for long transit travellers in Beijing Daxin Airport.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The Breakfast Buffet was great, lots of options available.

Everything about this hotel was top class. As a frequent traveller I can only say this was in there amongst the best hotels I've stayed in. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Hilton garden cancelled my booking and did not inform me until I travelled from the UK and areived at the front desk, no alternative and having to source another hotel.

This hotel is well-managed and in great condition. Room was spacious and modern. Restaurant was superb, although they only serve breakfast. Staff was always very helpful. While it is convenient to Daxing airport, which also gets you to the subway, there are only a few small restaurants in the area, which are good for lunch, if you don't mind super casual. Otherwise, you're stuck with airport restaurants, which generally leave much to be desired. The only reason to stay here is to be near the airport. Otherwise, a person would be much better off in a different location. One huge problem, probably with Expedia, is that there was no way to contact the hotel or give the address to a taxi driver, because that information was not included with my reservation. If you don't speak Chinese, good luck getting there at all! You folks really should, at a minimum, provide an address for a $2 taxi ride. Hotel has a shuttle bus, if you would provide their phone number. The information desk in the airport is happy to call them for you (if you speak Chinese).

staff very friendly, not much located around the hotel and the menu in the hotel was limited, I was only there for one night so not really a problem.

This is a great hotel! They are very passionate and welcoming! Even we didn’t buy breakfast, they are so kind to give us free coupons! Very close to the airport but not noisy at all!

Five-star service. Surprisingly good experience! The room was clean and the staff were super friendly. If you are lucky, you may get a chance to ride their Mercedes 6-seat SUV for the airport shuttle service :-) Highly recommended! Will definitely stay there again next time visiting Beijing.

There is a shuttle bus departing the hotel to the airport every 30 minutes and it would take about 5 minutes to get to the terminal, making it some of the best airport shuttle service I have ever experienced. The staff there was welcoming and helpful. They would also preemptively provide me with amenities and things that I might need. Great experience.
