The room is very spacious. Get off at the Blue Line BTS station line3. Exit A2. Take the lift to the B1 floor. Find the check-in counter, located in the mall, 300 meters from Dongmen market. Breakfast is easy to find. Early check-in if the room is available.

Really big room, there is a living room, dining table, kitchen, 2 point refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, there are 3 TVs, bathroom there is a bathtub. But the English receptionist is bad, you have to use google translate. The hotel lobby is a bit hidden, which is behind a kind of mall and rather dark so it's a bit unsure, even though it's really easy, the benchmark across the mcd is there is a shopping mall, the hotel lobby is behind the shopping mall.

I booked 2 rooms, then when I and family arrived we found that 1st room was okay but the other one had the ac was not working properly. I complained to the lobby because the ac was broken and then the receptionist gave us the portable ac. We could not accept that because at that time the weather was very hot and we asked for changing the room. The receptionist said that all the room are fully booked, and I checked straight away using this apps and still lots of rooms are available. How come they lied to us! Not professional at all. Yes, after all they gave us new room...but after they lied and we showed the proof that they just lied!!!

I ordered the deluxe twin bed room when I checked in, the receptionist said it was replaced with a big room, I was confused and I asked if I got a charge or not? he said no. After entering the room, it was truly amazing. The room is big and there is a living room too. I highly recommend the hotel for people. Thank you Metropark Shenzhen. Like a 5 star.

Got an awesome room suite rooms (hotel promotions), everything is clean start from all around room condition, towels, bathroom, toiletries are good. I got 2 beds which is each bed size for a double bed. So awesome hotel with cheaper price for 4 star hotel. Although without breakfast. No prob for us. Thanks

Good hotel, strategic location, on the most basic floor there is metro shaibu, going to the airport just down and immediately take the metro. Look for good food around the hotel a lot. Clean rooms and good cleaning and friendly receptionists. Unfortunately, there are no scales and washing machines. In the next room there is.

The hotel is big and clean, the location is also good, just incomplete so I am very difficult to find it, When asking patrols and shop people, on average no one knows, so I was helped to telephone but no one lifted until many times -So, so that I arrived at 15pm at the hotel location at 8pm, because I had to ask for the Traveloka Site, Waiting for a long reply and others. this hotel is really good ... i chose the superior twin ... the room is spacious, the single bed is big, there is a sofa too .. cucok bgt for family .. very close to MTR, dongmen .. from MTR shaibu zhan exit A2 sdh lift to the hotel ... right next to the elevator, there is a choice of eating ... outside, there is a depot, it looks lonely, but the one who eats in the palace ...
