First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. Makes you feel like you just stepped into a majestic chinese mansion. Breakfast buffet was so super good ! We had lunch at the Haitianlo restaurant, the food was very nice and affordable! There is a laundry room at lvl 1 with free washer dryer and detergent, laundry bags were provided too. The indoor pool was heated and there was a lifeguard on duty. Our room was at the XiXiaLou side. The hotel staff were very ftiendly and helpful, doorman was also very helpful! I would definitely return here if I come to Suzhou again. Would recommend to friends and family too.

Good breakfast buffet spread. Nice and peaceful hotel ground. If you do not mind a bit of walking (10-15 minute), there are many food outlets and a shopping mall

Amazing amenities located on the property including a massive garden, delicious restaurant, and koi fish pond. Also free laundry service was a major plus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff is highly attentive, offering impeccable service throughout the stay. Whether it’s concierge services, dining recommendations, or room service, they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The hotel's dining options are equally impressive, offering a variety of international and local cuisines, with the signature Chinese restaurant receiving high praise for its exquisite dishes.

5 star hotel with great facilities including free entrance to go to Panmen scenic area. Have indoor and outdoor pool. But it will be better if breakfast included.
