Park Hyatt Shenzhen

We spent New Year's Eve and two additional days at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the seamless check-in process to the incredible amenities like the free sauna, hot and cold pools, steam room, and beautifully maintained pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. The morning buffet was a highlight—delicious, diverse, and perfectly curated. A big thank you to the reception team led by Chris for their warm hospitality and to Edison and the breakfast team for their impeccable service. This was truly a memorable stay, and we can't wait to return!

Service are excellent

Really comfortable stay for a family of 4 ( 1 baby and 1 toddler). They have even have slippers and toiletries ready for the kids! Location was extremely convenient. Walkable distance to major shopping areas and kids entertainment areas. Would definitely stay here again when in SZ.

welcoming place, with modern rooms and beautifully designed ambients (Lounge, Restaurants, Lobby) it is very likely to please.also the most.damding guests. The staff is really amazing, the food and the drinks are really good. So glad I choose this place. If I come back, this is the one I will always come back to. Also the location is very convenient, with one of the largest shopping malls nearby.

Ruined my day with poor service and communication. Things to share. 1. I sent my T shirt to be cleaned, obviously the staff who took my shirt never listened to my request upon handling. The next day their concierge called me asking again on how to clean. I confirmed with them many times to put the cleaned shirt in my room even with the red light on, however, they don’t listen to me. On the third day I found out there is something wrong with my shirt possible due to their over wash and I called the concierge, it took them forever to call me back…. 2. I don’t think they are qualified to be a 5 start rated hotel, all other competitive hotels even including 4 start hotels would prepare the slippers placed beside the bed, they are the exception. 3. I requested a different weight scale on the phone, the lady who answered the phone seems very impatient.

The hotel is very quiet and new very clean. The room and furnitures are comfortable. Room service is nice as well. The staff are helpful and nice.

Everything is perfect. Everything is new, the room facility is modern and new. the service is very friendly and kindly to everyone. the bar on the 48th floor has a very nice night view. only one thing is that the breakfast is not enough to choose but it's home made and fresh.

incredible stay! Only glitch was the concierge booking for our car pick up upon arrival got missed but they more than made up for it with a room upgrade. Loved staying here and would return again for sure!

1st of all hotels.com indicates breakfast for 2, registration fest told us there was no breakfast included...then when I showed them my reservation she said “no only for 1”. Spent and house on hotel.com chat trying to figure it out useless. Next we headed to the elevator which randomly open on wrong follow and would no go up to our floor. Headed back down to lobby as was escorted up by manager. If that wasn’t bad enough...I ordered room service salt and pepper grinders were empty... $28 for scrambled eggs... Finally, I go to take a bath and it clearly had not been cleaned from prior guest... expensive earrings along with hair left behind. They told my colleague that I was not going to happy regardless and knew I would write a bad review... my colleagues room had a welcome note address to someone else! If in Shenzhen stay at the Regis!!! This is were I will go back on future visits ... BTW this in my 5th 3 week trip to C

酒店整體裝潢有格調，簡約時尚，非常滿意！房間寬敞美觀，十分舒適。酒店職員態度殷勤有禮，貼心處理顧客所需。可惜沒有到酒店餐廳用膳，期待下次入住再體驗！

1. Double confirm my room request, but finally just did 30% on it, such as extra pillow and early check in(12pm). 2. Removed some usual benefits to the customer, such as complimentary minibar and sweet dessert. 3. No tissue paper in living room. 4. Poor value for money because of the above experience.

The bed size of the twin bed is small compare with other hotel WiFi not strong enough Air -con is not strong. Quite hot during at night

住過這麼多的5星級酒店，頭一次看到深圳柏悅酒店房間裡面竟然沒有小冰箱反而提供儲藏小箱子！尤其在大夏天難道不怕東西變壞了嗎？

工作人員非常熱心、積極！房間寬敞乾淨、地處市中心卻很安靜！柏悅的一切讓我在深圳留下極佳體驗！

Very good experience in Park Hyatt. Room are spacious and nicely decorated. The service is really good, staff is very caring and speak perfect English. Location is good and the view amazing. Definitely one of the best hotel in Shenzhen.
