This hotel is now fully operational with the Walking street and surroundings all renovated and look great in the evenings.

This is the 4th time, I am staying in this hotel because our plant is only 5 mins away from this hotel. It is located right in the middle of the walking street of Emerald Plaza with so many good restaurants, stores and bakery and amenities nearby. Definitely worth every penny spent.

We booked this hotel for a weekend trip from Shanghai. The location is excellent right next to the Emerald City Mall so it was convenient to go find food or fill up the day with shopping activities. The staff was very friendly and they have taxi service so it was very convenient to go around the city. Breakfast was good. not as many options to choose from but doable. The only downside to our stay was we were supposed to have a balcony but since the hotel exterior was being repaired the balcony was not accessible. They did not inform us this until we arrived at our room and there was a note in the room.

Location is good. It is inside a big shopping mall. Everything is available inside shopping mall. There are a number of restaurants. The room is equipped with a small kitchen, a refrigerator and a laundry machine. Staff is friendly and helpful. WiFi is provided and works well. There is a fitness room, but no swimming pool.
