I can confidently say it was the best stay experience I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. The service at the St. Regis was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the immaculate room to the personalized touches that made my stay truly special. The accommodations were luxurious and well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, but the equipments were outdated, It would be perfect if they were upgraded to keep up with the luxurious positioning. In summary, my stay at the Beijing St. Regis Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding amenities made it an unforgettable experience. The last time I stayed at the St. Regis Beijing was 19 years ago. The hotel is still in very good shape, although showing its "wear" in places. That being said, service is excellent and offerings plentiful. The location can't be beat and I would still consider it a "grande dame" of Beijing hotels.

The butlers at the hotel prepared a cake and decorations in our room for our anniversary. The staff were very nice. The pool and the hot tubs were great. The breakfast was the best I have had in Beijing.
