A gem of a hotel in Bogota - very good location - safe and close to good shops and restaurants. Room was large and well appointed; staff were all very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was the best we had in Colombia. Great value for money too. Would recommend if you are planning a stay in Bogota.

I love everything about this hotel from the room to the staff!!!
The staff are so lovely. Every member had a smile and was warm and welcoming. Fantastic customer service. Location is 5*. The hotel is lovely. Great breakfast choice. Thee room was perfect for our needs. Clean and well maintained. Just wished we could have stayed longer.

This property was centrally located with tons of restaurants, bars and shopping within a short walk away. The area is high end so it’s very safe. I would definitely stay at this hotel again because of that. Unfortunately the loft we booked was not available on our first night so we had to move to it on the second day. Expedia also booked me for an extra night there even though I was leaving a day early and the hotel did not care to refund me even though I left a day early. But overall they have great staff and like I said LOCATION is key with this hotel and this hotel gets 5 out of 5 stars for that for sure.

Impeccable service! Very classy hotel with staff that makes it feel like a home away from home. Easily walkable to great restaurants and cafes (Gitane is fantastic and just next door, Cafe Tropicalia is a short 3 min walk for breakfast). We will be back!

The best thing about the hotel is the friendliness of its staff. From the front desk to the restaurant. The restaurant is the star of the hotel. Everyone is super attentive, especially Dora. Dora makes you feel at home. I could say that she even pampers you (thank you very much). We felt very welcome and at ease! We would love to come back :)
