Todo estuvo muy excelente, en especial la atención el Staff. Todo el personal fue muy amable! Volveremos de seguro en otra visita a Bogotá. Recomiendo incluir alguna opción de calefacción en las habitaciones o cobijas más calientes.

expect to take a one hour cab ride to wherever you go. The traffic is crazy in front of this place. No air-conditioning. If you like to plug your cell phone in near the bed, bring a 12 foot cord.

There are many great things about this hotel starting with super friendly happy helpers… albeit they know little English but we used mobile translators. The buffet breakfast is super yummy … I love the freshly sliced fruits, cheese and coffee. Soup was awesome as well … and eggs made to your choice. The location is super awesome as there are many diverse choices … for any taste. If you are a night person, there are many clubs and bars around. Many shopping options like D1 for water/juice/snacks and Centro Mall in 10 minutes away. Area is very safe. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The washroom is super small… I have never seen a smaller washroom before. There is a small fridge. There is no coffee machine or water kettle … instrong encourage property management to consider adding at least a water kettle. There is no air conditioner … and no heater… but I did not need them.
