Warm welcome when I arrived, clean room and comfortable stay

The hotel is in a great location, staff are friendly, rooms are clean, not ideal for families, windows wouldnt shut which is probably why they had the heating on full blast and then a fan , Shower head broken also

The bedroom had everything you needed and property was well looked after

Single room might be a little cosy, but it does the job. It was quiet (I was at the back of the hotel, which has a much quieter road running past), the breakfast was good, and the staff were great. It's close to most of the tube lines too.

We had a lovely stay and they were very accommodating to my food allery and let us leave out bags there for the day. Great location for train station and shops and dining options. Thanks we had a lovely stay

Needed an overnight before an early start for onward travel. All fine. Positives: location (around UCL, but just minutes from Euston Rd), helpful person at check in (even offered to help with luggage), room had all necessary requirements. Negatives: no lift (we were 3 floors up), room was too warm and no means to reduce the heating, breakfast was included but only from 0700 which sadly didn’t work for us, and reception wasn’t staffed overnight.

Good property in a nice area. It was convenient to train stations/tube. No lift on site and rooms are pretty small are only downsides.

The pictures that Expedia shows of the property is Westminster Abby not the hotel. The Library is a book store across the street which has excellent coffee. The rooms are clean but very small. You have to carry your bags up and down flights of stairs so make sure you’re able bodied.

We stayed in a clean but very small room( double bed) for two nights. It’s just in UCL area, very convenient location.

A charming little hotel that is very convenient to UCL and Russell Sq. area. The rooms are small but well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Staff are warm and hospitable, and the breakfast is very good. There is no lift or air conditioning, so the Arosfa may not be suitable for all guests. But I highly recommend it for a comfortable, modestly priced stay in the heart of London.

Given the more budget price of this hotel you wouldn't expect luxury. However, whilst my room was small it was clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is in a very good location and the staff very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and better than some more expensive places I've stayed in. Overall very good value and would definitely stay again.

We had asked via email for a first floor room as my husband is on oxygen. The response was , “thank you for letting us know” as there were no elevators. When we were told that the first floor was up 2 flights of stairs. When I asked I was told that was the first floor. When we got to the room, the carpet was old and stained, the window was open with no screen and the fan was on, and the roomed wreaked of cat urine. When I told the manager all she could say was, “ there have been no cats in that room.” My sister and family all agreed the odor was very unpleasant and smelled like cat urine. The bed was hard with very thin cheap pillows. The breakfast was wonderful, with pastries and English breakfast and the server was very nice. Location was close to buses and transportation. I would not stay there again.
