Comfortable but basic room. Nice and warm. No kettle or coffee making making facilities but there was a sink in the room and a tv with Freeview channels. Very well located for local food and busses into London

No housekeeping even with the please clean tag on the door for 2 days.

Easy to get too reasonable price. Plenty of options for food close by

We stayed at this hotel for one night and were initially very impressed. The hotel has a charming theme, and the price was very reasonable. Check-in was straightforward, and we were shown to our room, which was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The honesty bar downstairs was a thoughtful touch, adding to the cozy and welcoming vibe. However, our experience took a drastic turn during the night. Our room faced the car park of the neighboring leisure center, and from around 1 AM to 4:30 AM, the area turned into a scene of chaos. Cars were blasting music, headlights shone directly into our room, and people were shouting loudly. One car repeatedly left and returned, leading us to suspect illicit activity, potentially drug deals. The biggest issue is that there was no staff on-site during the night. When we tried to call reception, no one was available to help, leaving us to consider calling the police ourselves. This lack of overnight support is a glaring problem, as guests are left entirely on their own to deal with serious disturbances. While the room itself was comfortable, the inability to get any sleep completely ruined our stay. This hotel has great potential but urgently needs to address its nighttime management and security issues. Without these improvements, I sadly cannot recommend it.

Basic but good for the telatovely low price. I would stay here again, I'm glad I brought ear plugs, as with most hotels in London, you need them.

Lovely room, great location, value for money

Very nice staff , especially the male staff Nefi, he helped us to move our luggages to our room and down to the lobby, and the other staff also is helpful although the room is not that perfect, our mounted heater not working but they offered us another mobile one. And the location is perfect, many buses to central London and railway station.

Unfortunately I haven't stayed at my prebooked room.I had left after 2 hours because room was cold, no heating, no other iptions had been offered. When we were showed the room I was told rhere is no heating in this room. I said I was feeling poorly I would prefer warm room. Later I was given key to the room 31. But after a while switching on the heating I had noticed the radiator is cold. I had asked at reception some electric heater, but was told none is available. By reception staff I was told I could contact his Manager and speak about the issue! I had never experienced such poor customer service. I shall try to claim the refund. No one contacted me after leaving, my evening plans were changed, as I travelled back home late midnight.

The property was clean. The booking in was quick and simple.The receptionist was very helpful Breakfast was a bit disappointing as run out of most things very early but all in all a pleasant stay

The staff are friendly, the hotel has a trendy Mexican theme, is cheap, clean and basic. For what you pay you can't complain.

Lovely room and service. Could do hooks on bathroom door, with rug on bedroom floor plus shower head hose needs replacing and to make it really eco friendly fix dripping taps!

Nice little boutique place - simple but comfortable rooms. Basic breakfast which I didn’t really bother with, but seemed nice enough. Shared bathroom between three rooms but wasn’t an issue. Can’t argue given the good location and the fact it was half the price of a Premier Inn. Will definitely use again next year.

Hotel was tired and old fashioned looking. Bathroom not in a good state and not very clean. It needs updating. Started cushions for pillows

Fabulous stay whilst attending an awards dinner in Westminster. Love this place. Great location, great rooms, very friendly staff andat a very reasonable price! Even got breakfast added on for £8. Thank you, Will be back.

Room 1 Bed squeaks with every movement Mattress needs replacing, felt springs, was very uncomfortable. Heard every noise from rooms next to, and above walking around, tv noise and alarms in the morning. I’ve been here a few times and although this is a cheap alternative I felt this time was very uncomfortable. I also had to wait outside in the cold for 15 mins as no one was on reception to book in. I pressed the reception button - no answer, I rung both telephone numbers - no answer. It was freezing so it only got worse when the quality of the bed was poor.

Lovely place, the area isnt the nicest but the hotel was like a little oasis if cal.

Staff were great and really helpful .The common areas were a little tired and could be cleaner . I stayed in three different rooms including a single without facilities (which I would not recommend ). The doubles were comfortable and clean though needed TV systems upgrading . Overall this hotel was the best of a small choice of hotels within walking distance of Kings College Hospital .
