The apartment was amazing - much bigger than I anticipated and I loved the fact that we had a washer/drier and dishwasher. Battled to work the microwave (it's built into the oven) and the hob... - even though the instructions were available but eventually figured it out. Staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble!

Fabulous stay at Cove Canary Wharf! Safe area close to transport. Warm, comfortable, and spacious apartment with great views and all conveniences. Friendly and helpful staff couldn’t have been more welcoming!

I stayed in this hotel for three weeks during the winter months. Everything was fine apart from a creaking noise on windy days( wind speed >25 km/ h). The creaking noise was so annoying during a storm and went on for day and night to such an extent that it was difficult to get a good night sleep. Other than that it was a great place to stay at Canary Wharf. About 10-15 mins walk to the shopping malls and underground( Jubilee line, Elizabeth line and DLR). Tesco Express only 2 mins away from hotel.

Nice appartement. Good location near Canary Wharf metro station. Wonderful towels! Everything in good condition. Only issue was poor condition of sofa bed: size and especially quality matras not suitable for a 16- year old youngster.

Very impressed by this place. Just a few minutes walk from Canary Wharf Station; room had kitchen and plenty of room to sit. Clean, modern. Big lifts! Offered Grab & Go breakfast and great place to stay - I was seeing Peter Kay at O2 (one tube stop away) so very convenient. Quiet, safe area etc. Like I say, very impressed (Peter Kay was good too - but not quite his old self - but glad I went)

Absolutely loved this place. We had a one-bedroom with interior balcony that served as an extra sitting room when our son was using the sofa bed. Kitchen well-stocked, beds comfortable, washer/dryer worked well. (There are user manuals online for every appliance.) Staff is lovely and there’s always someone available. We were there nine nights, will probably be back.

The family and I really enjoyed staying at this establishment! The views from the building are fantastic, the kids play area is innovative and the neighborhood was safe and walkable. The staff was also very accommodating and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly (especially, Adrian, Antony and Danielle). The hotel was convenient to the buses and tubes and the rooms were very quiet. The view from our window of the Thames was both spectacular and interesting. We could not have had a better stay. We would love to stay there again.

Stay regularly at the cove for business in Canary Wharf and this is a really nice alternative to booking a hotel. Nice facilities for a home from home stay, you do sacrifice bar or restaurant facilities but given the dining options close by it’s no biggie. There are great public spaces to co work, and incredible views

Very nice option for those looking to stay in the Canary Wharf area for a bit longer and prefer a bit more space and comfort. I had a very nice and comfortable 1-bed flat for 10 days, all the amenities I needed + a nice gym, co-working space and very friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed for a week for business travel. Kitchenette with washer/dryer in the room. Secure wifi for work (no security alerts unlike most hotel wifi). Bathroom has good counters and medicine cabinet to store toiletries. Bed was comfortable with very quiet rooms. 8min walk to Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, direct transit to LHR. Tons of resturant selections in the mall. A great hotel I will come back to on my next trip.
