Really lovely welcome at reception and my request for a quiet room was more than fulfilled.
The room was so quiet and the beds comfortable it was exactly what we needed from a quick stop motorway services hotel. OK it's not a 5* luxury hotel but the room was excellent value for money and the warm welcome was worth that alone

Great wee room does need a wee bit hoovering done but bed sheets clean and bed is comfy I stayed in room 2 got a awesome sleep the lady who was working those two night was so helpful and such a lovely lady she helped me both nights Fri and sat. I went to get breakfast from McDonald’s the both mornings and had plenty snacks in room. We took our fire stick with us and watched a movie on the sat night and Wi-Fi worked brill

The lady at check in was fantastic. So friendly and bubbly and helpful
The room in itself was a good size for a family of 3 but it was pretty tired and it hadn't been cleaned the best. The beds were clean and comfortable enough
We were giving a room right above the entrance door and when we went to bed the room was very noisy every time the automatic doors opened and closed

I was given 2 single bed room and thats not what i booked. I went to reception to query it and there was nobody there. Waited half an hour, phoned, pressed the buzzer. Had to give up and go to sleep
