Very conveniently located near Liverpool street station and easy to find. Quick check in and rooms very comfortable for what you need on just an overnight stop.

The staff were so polite and friendly. It was within walking distant to some good food places and the train stations. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful small property near central business district of London, close to the Liverpool train station, pubs and restaurants. Clean wonderful bathroom. Like many London hotels, rooms are very compact.

Room had NO WINDOW , but that was not mentioned on room info when i booked . Bed up against a wall, bathroom had a window. Room was roasting , very misleading to sell a windowless room without telling prople

The offered room was in the basement, with a small window and little daylight. When booking on this platform, this was not indicated. The fee for this tiny room and location in the basement was by far too high. I will not consider this establishment any longer for my stays in London

Great location. Lift broken so had to lug suitcases up and down stairs 2 flights. Air conditioning shut off every 3 hours so would wake up in the night very warm and have to restart it. Snug but had everything we needed including a small fridge. Shower was great.

It's a nice 2-star hotel at best. Your paying for the location that's all. The room was very small and straight off the reception. It was basic and uncomfortable but it was at least clean.

Staff were lovely and no complaints about the facilities. Only thing is the rooms are absolutely tiny. I got a standard room for 2 adults and the only thing that really fits 2 is the bed. There’s barely enough room for 1 person to walk, let alone 2. The bathroom is minuscule. Doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel as it is listed. I have stayed in nicer 3 star hotels. But again, the place functions and the staff are great. Just a little bit of false advertising
