Very easy check in. Mike on the desk was very helpful and deserves to be acknowledged. He was very good and went above and beyond to help store some travel equipment

Lovely check in, the girl was so friendly and helpful.
We ate dinner there, which is ok, over priced, but you kind of expect that at an airport. The lad keeping the tables clean was amazing, we asked his name, but can’t remember as it was difficult, but he deserves a mention as he was so great.

Airport stopover prior to early flight.
We have done this many times. Hotel on airport so takes the pain out of a very early start.
Staff are excellent and the room etc very clean. Bed a bit hard but no bigge!
The food is not great so we no longer have dinner. Prefer a take away.
Staff are very helpful.
It is expensive for what it is but here it’s location location!

Check in was poor and took upwards of 30 mins because they had charged my guarantee credit card without my authorisation to check in another guest who i didnt know. This caused confusion when i tried to check in 3 hours later as they couldnt find my reservation. They apologised but were not really taking it seriously
