We did not get any sleep until 4.30am the time the nightclub downstairs stopped playing there music. Also our parking discount was not attached to our departure time .

The stay was good, though it could be better but overall the location is good and the breakfast was good.

Got an early check in which was fab. Very quick check-in. Room was noisy as adjacent to main road but you are in town centre so to be expected.Reception provide ear plugs if required. Came back after dinner for a drink in lounge but the bar only had 1 type of white wine which for a hilton was bizarre. Worse was they had run out of wine glasses so offered gin glasses, really!

Rooms very spacious close to town

First time staying at this hotel. Arrived before 3pm but that wasn’t an issue and we checked in with no issue at all. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The staff we encountered from the reception staff who were very knowledgable, the bar staff who filled a huge ice bucket for our room and the staff at breakfast who were very friendly. Nothing was any trouble!! The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. The choice was amazing. We will certainly be back. Highly recommended

It does not have a frontage and reception is on the second floor which is different. It was immaculate and easy to get around. Substantial breakfast It was my first visit,I will definitely return.

Great Stay at the Hilton. Located immediately across from the station which accesses the town immediately. Lovely room layout and bathroom fitments with the added bonus of very nice fluffy white bath towels. Free breakfast with helpful staff was a definite plus.. More choice than we had expected. We would highly recommend staying here.

Nice hotel good location, clean and comfortable

We travelled as 3 adults one was a wheelchair user. Only 1 of 2 lifts worked and therefore we had to stand for 10 mins and wait for an empty lift to come so we could get in with the wheelchair. The lifts were tiny and with one adult and a wheelchair there was no space. The corridors were narrow and the rooms were compact. Two of us woke up during the evening freezing, turning the heating up did no good. We had a restless night. Breakfast was ok, enough choice, there was a waffle maker which I have not seen before. I picked this hotel as we have stayed at otherHilton by Hampton’s which are great for wheelchair users, spacious corridors, lifts and rooms. The staff were lovely but I won’t be back to stay here.

Perfect location for the railway station, short walk to Quayside and town centre. Safe, secure, quiet, spotless spacious room, very good breakfast, friendly staff. Stayed here several times

Very poor, paid for queen room got a double. Service was poor No water provided for tea/coffee

Great room, fantastic location and friendly staff. The only let down was the breakfast, you're better off having a whetherspoons breakfast.
