Very good stay, room comfortable and very quiet, breakfast very good especially the hot buffet and the fresh omelettes, location very good, tube close by. WiFi very good, easy to connect and no issues with it dropping etc. Staff very helpful in response to any requests. There are cheaper options available but the service, location etc are worth the extra. Located in a very nice area.

Best night sleep in a long time. Really lovely duck feather bedding which made us cosy and warm. Bathroom was nice, and the room came with a small sofa, chair and desk. Shame we arrived so late and only stayed the one night but will definitely look to book again the next time we stay in London.

Excellent stay. Hotels.com website says parking is £30 per day. I was charged £54 to park. I would like a refund please. Please see pictures.

A lovely stay for the beauty show next door in the business centre and it was a lovely evening, we loved the area and our room was lovely and clean, the shower was amazing and tv. The only issue was our bed was really creaky every time we moved.
