Holiday Inn Express LONDON - HEATHROW T5, an IHG Hotel

The bed was so comfortable as were the pillows, room clean and very quiet -ideal after a 24hour delayed 14 hour flight! Reception staff were so helpful breakfast amazing - property so clean

I love everything about the hotel, room for a family of 4 had 3 beds. Excellent breakfast. Bathroom is very clean and new. Bedsheets were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. Would sray at Holiday Inn Express anytime anywhere.

The hotel represents location in its name as Terminal 5 but you have to take a 10 - 15 minute bus ride or cab to reach hotel. The staff was professional and responsive. The breakfast food was good and varied. The rooms appear dated. There was no closet or drawers to put your clothes in. I was with 2 others in the room. There was a coat rack only. The temperature in the room was cold. The room had a thermostat which was raised when I left in the morning but had no effect when I returned 12 hours later. I mentioned this to the front desk as I was checking out and the person said the individual thermostats don't work but its controlled from the front. PUT A SIGN UP TO INFORM PEOPLE OF THIS.

Nice hotel and room and great breakfast.room cold .nothing work to make it hot .night reception stuff do not care ..morning stuff they do care .too expensive for what you get .

Needed somewhere to stay for a night for a connecting flight and this hotel definitely met my needs! I'd recommend to any and everyone!

Excellent stay for an early take off. Although it is not at Heathrow T5 exactly, the hotel has facilities that can aide your speedy transfer to the Terminal.

Excellent hotels

Poor right from entering the car park. Dirty and awkward to park. Awkward and long journey to reception with luggage. Poor arrangements for queuing to reception. Rooms old and unclean.

Arrive about an hour before check in but the manager was able to let us check in right away which was great because it was a long flight and we were in need of a good rest. Also the buffet breakfast was great with lots of excellent choices.

Good spacious room, really helpful staff, very fast check in/check out and really convenient for Heathrow

Pretty decent for airport transfer or transit. Breakfast is good and staff is helpful.

The description is a little misleading as it’s quite far from T5.

Staff was excellent

Shower area is mouldy and dirty. Toilet blocked twice. Only one option in the vicinity for dining. Room next door was extremely noisy.
