A great place to stay for anywhere near to the m40 around junction 15. Stratford Upon Avon is only a 15 minute drive away and Bicester Shopping Village is around 40 mins drive away. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We had a minor problem trying to pay for the car parking, as it was a self service machine, which didn’t quite work like, how it was explained to us. but the Reception staff were keen to help us and got it sorted out. The breakfast was brilliant and the room was comfortable and quiet. I would stay there again, and I recommend it to others.

A fantastic stay all staff were polite accommodating and professional I can’t speak more highly of this stay for all my family all 12 of us, we used this facility to go to the Christmas display at Warwick Castle. The Hotel accommodated our early arrival by allowing early check in, I mean this with no disrespect but for a budget Hotel it was a very high service given, I would recommend this venue to everyone and will look forward to another stay.

Parking is chargeable extra, although stated free upon booking. Breakfast is a little bit rough, found a long hair inside the sausage so definitely put us off a bit, we didn't eat breakfast, which is annoying as had paid extra. Thankfully there is a McDonald's next door which is 24 hrs, if needing quick food. Staff were helpful and friendly and room comfortable and clean.

Clean room , spotless sheets. Bathroom a little tired but ok. Soap could be repositioned nearer sink.
Carpets just about ok.
Breakfast better than expected but avoid "restaurant" in the evening and use McD next door.

The hotel was old and over priced, the wall behind the toilet was cracked and duck tape at the side of the shower. Room.needs an update. The bedding was clean. Breakfast had limted choice of hot food only sausage, bacon, beans and tomato. Staff were friendly.

This was one of the nicest Holiday Inn's I've stayed at because of the friendly staff. There was a lovely welcome at reception which gave a good first impression. Nothing was too much trouble.

A good hotel in the right location for what we needed. Our room was a little dark as limited lights and faced other rooms almost directly opposite and in close proximity but otherwise no complaints. Breakfast was decent too.

It was average - which I suppose is what the hotel is. The staff were good, the food and drink were fine.
The air con didn’t work, there was no parking and we had an interconnecting room - not with anyone from our party and they were noisy. The whole hotel was noisy overall. Was fine for 1 night but wouldn’t want to stay lknger
