Room was clean & comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was our breakfast in the morning. The cooked buffet selection was barely warm, such a shame with so much choice on offer. We arrived about 7:50am and breakfast was available until 9:30am. If stating hot food provided, it should be hot.

We enjoyed swimming pool. Food in breakfast had plenty of options. Room was comfortable. Overall bugdet friendly and will come again. Kids loved complimentary kitkat, drinks, crisps !!!

Helpful, friendly staff, spotless room with just a couple of signs of wear and tear. Beds were fine, tea/coffee facilities ok, breakfast choice and quality superb. In a busy location but totally quiet inside.

We were unhappy with our room but receptionist was very helpful and resolved our issue. The radiator woke us up at 2am banging and gurgling. Breakfast good but too cold. Staff were excellent.

Small room, couldn't manoeuvre into the bathroom without knocking stuff off the shelf. Bedroom size nothing like the photos. Breakfast good, staff fine.

The Hotel Is Run Down Room 105 Shocking, No Plug In Bath, Sink Plug Could Not Use, Poor Condition Room, Paint Different Colours On The Walls Were Touched Up, Heater /AC Smelt, Took Ages To Heat Up Room. No USB Plug To Charge A Phone. Found Out Hotel Had Flood Damage 6 Months Ago. Staff Took 1 Hour To Try & Find A Plug For The Bath As Hose Keeping Not Available, Eventually 3 Plugs Came & One Fitted So Could Have A Bath 1 hour 30 mins Later ! To Be Fair the Duty Manager Tried Her Best And Was Lovely But Her Hands Are Tied As To What She Has To Deal With On A Daily Basis With Complaints, Owners Taking The Money/Profit And Not Putting Back In The Repairs Needed From The Profits. Usual Story With Staff Doing The Best They Can Under The Circumstances. Far Better Hotels Out There For Less Money. I Should Know I Stay In A Lot Of Them To Test Them Out, Video/Photos Of My Findings For Proof. My Rating 1 out of 10. Breakfast I Will Say Was 7/10, Made Up For The Run Down Room And Issues, Well Sort Of !.

Really friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. The bar area was very relaxing. Great big comfy sofas. The room was pleasant. Tiny shower room. Comfortable bed. The pillows were really firm and i couldnt work out which were meant to be the soft option. The decor was ok in the room. Could do with a freshen up. It was clean. The pool was really nice. Warm and not very busy. Breakfast was tasty but the staff were slow to replenish dishes. It was a busy morning with a large party staying. I used Tesco vouchers and paid separately for breakfast at £16.95.

Had a pleasant stay here. Room was nice and amenities were good. Nice comfy sleep. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff polite and efficient. Would recommend.

The IT system is very poor, waited over 10 mins to check out, not the staffs fault, the poor girl at the counter ended up in tears. Your night manager and a staff member started to argue in-front of me at other guests. My book was for a double bed, I was give a room with 2 singles.

Nice enough hotel, the rooms were a little small so probably best to opt for premium if you require bigger room. The room standard was on a par with premier inn apart from bed not quite so comfy. The hotel had a leisure club with pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. All again were small but as it wasn't that busy it was ok. All in all a good stay though cost to quality value wasn't great which is why I removed one star. Staff are nice and helpful which is always nice these days. I would recommend staying here if you like the location and/or want a pool and sauna etc. If not I would probably stay at a premier inn as the value is better

There was not enough Staff attending the bar, everything seems slow due to a change in the IT system ?

Hotels fine, staff very friendly and apologetic as the new 'system' was difficult for them to use. Room 132 was fine nut very old and tatty.

Room very good with excellent breakfast. Easy parking and good staff.

This property has had problems with heating and hot water for over a year now, im sure the staff are sick of having to make excuses and apologies to customers, won’t be going back

I really enjoy the use of the sauna, the jacuzzi, and the swimming pool. The property is well maintained and has pleasant surroundings . It is very clean also.The hotel is frequently occupied by myself. My son and daughter in law had their wedding reception here 12 years ago.Very good hotel.
