Room smells bad but seems clean

Booked weeks before our stay and requested and end of corridor room on a high floor as I’m a light sleeper. Tried several times to ring the hotel on our arrival date to check if my request had been taken into account … 9 calls over a 25 minute duration to get through. Despite calling the hotel number, my call kept forwarding to the Staybridge Suites next door, their sister hotel. Arrived for check in and went to our (nearly end of corridor room) only to find that the stench of stale water was overwhelming. Phoned reception and was allocated a similar room on the same floor, almost next to the lift so we ended up with countless interruptions from lift bells and noisy guests. A disappointing stay to say the least and one I won’t be in a hurry to repeat.

The hotel was very good , especially the morning breakfast was excellent. The room was overall very nice and comfortable.

Room large in size , clean and perfect for airport stay. Food was so good and great value for hotel! Was so impressed with options and quality, pizzas were great, like Italian restaurant, not hotel!

I needed a hotal room for 1 night near Heathrow T3 The Holiday Inn 276 Bath Road is extremely convenient as the Budget Avis car hire depot is located here. Its a clean convenient place to stay for a night prior to travel

Great staff great location second time we visited

Most staff are amazing and really helpful. Paper thin walls so you can hear a lot of noise when others check in late at night though.

The staff here was amazing.

One night stay with family. We were two bookings and the hotel offered to move us next to each other without us prompting them to so that was a nice gesture. Very accommodating and comfortable rooms, great service. Assis served us for dinner and was attentive.

The place was clean and staff friendly but we had a hard time getting needed bedding for the couch bed.

Smooth check-in. Had requested a quiet room and they had provided a great room, tucked away in a quiet zone. Perfect room for us with small children. The room was new, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was large and modern and had plenty of towels. The restaurant was great, lots of choices, very friendly and helpful staff, great kids menu and good ambience. The location is so easy for LHR departures the next morning. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have children and / or a morning departure from LHR.

Conveniently located near the airport and underground tube the facility has good vibes and staff is very cordial with the guests. We liked our room except for the extra bed which was very difficult to sleep on for the 3rd person.

As a woman traveling on her own safety was my first priority. I felt extremely safe, and well taken care of, and plenty of vegan choices at the restaurant. Of highly recommend this hotel to stay at.

Our second stay here late at night before catching a morning flight, and the second time the room was not made up for 4 people. Very disappointed that once again we had to wait a considerable time for someone to come and make the sofa bed up. Which was also uncomfortable according to our children.

Stay away!!!!! The hotel is old and dirty. The staff are rude. The bathroom smelled of urine. One of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Great hotel and great stay, I would say parking is terrible, I think the car park is shared with another business and after visiting the Harry Potter studio with 2 young children, returning at 9pm the only space available was quite a distance to walk, alone in the dark as a single woman with 2 children was not pleasant.

Standard room with a double bed and a made up sofa bed booked for 3 adults. Clean room, efficient check in and great for 1 night - ideally located to Heathrow Terminal 3. Had to call reception and ask for more coffee/tea/milk etc as not enough for 3 people but they supplied very quickly!

Very nice locations n for pizza coming up rental car and flying from terminal 5

Had a third person, The bed was ready when we arrived, Took the bus to the airport.
