Easy, clean, comfortable, good breakfast

Very nice stay very quick and efficient service.receptionist was really informative.

very comfortable, clean friendly staff. Good bar food and choice. Room was very quiet. Only downside not much pressure in the shower and slippery. Over all good value for money.

Great place

The staff at check in were great and the three rooms I had booked were not. Two had not been cleaned properly which is just a basic hospitality metric. Also the new PoS system used in the restaurant was poor. Had to be rebooted several times and it took me over 10 minutes to pay the restaurant bill. Also why do I have to pay for my meal before it arrives? Are you a fast food outlet?

From the moment of arrival to our departure the following day, this hotel was everything that we hoped that it would be. The staff at the reception desk, the bar and restaurant were very friendly and helpful and we would have no hesitation in staying there again and recommending it to friends.

The customer service on arrival was fantastic but we could not get breakfast because the front desk staff refund to place room service after 9;30am.

Overall everything was good except the dinner …whenever we ask any menu it was not available or not in stock.The women who served I guess her name Misshele she was really good with customer experience.

Warm swimming pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub. Wide range of breakfast items from cold cuts, continental to hot breakfast Hotel lounge with ample space for relaxing Close to shops A great bargain for the price paid

1. Noise pass through doors and walls which impacted night sleep. 2. Bathroom was leaking, empty body wash so clearly not cleaned properly 3. Sofa bed iron rods were sharp for children or anybody to get hurt 4. Paid for dinning but what you like is not available or finished so clearly not well planned for booked clients

Good location, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Hose/cable draped across walkway to road.

The staff were friendly, informative and efficient. The hotel airy and clean and one of the better ones we’ve experienced. The dinner was well presented and there was an excellent selection at breakfast. We were made very welcome and there was a good atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again.

Room was ok if not a little dated, however the half board option is excellent value for money and the food was good
