Lovely stay! Hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel itself was posh and very quiet! Requested a room on a higher floor as my wife really enjoyed the view last time we were there, which they made sure to do. And also left a happy birthday message in the room for my wife for when we arrived.

Friendly welcome, lovely clean and comfortable room, the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was huge and we had a great view too! Perfect nights sleep. Easy check out.

Great hotel in a great location with parking so close next door in the Multi storey car park. Floor 14 Bar and Restaurant certainly worth a visit.

Check in was quick and easy. We had booked two rooms which had been allocated on different floors which wasn’t ideal. Staff tried to change but were unable to accommodate. Rooms were spacious. Pillows on bed were awful and not comfortable. Showers in both room were not fully functioning and pressure was poor. We tried the top floor bar on Sunday evening but only stayed for one drink as the service was very slow. Not enough staff to cope with a full bar. Was a reasonable stay for the price paid but could be so much better.

I have stayed here a couple of times now and it in the perfect place. Easy acces to ships and restaurants. Alwyas clean and tidy. Bar is very nice place to be with great view.
