Staff were great and friendly. Carpets in the rooms were a bit tired and shabby. Bed comfortable.

I love everything about the hotel

Room was filthy. carpets need a clean or even a replacement. Shower just plain dirty and based on how disinterested the staff are, I can see why its so poor.

The toilet handle was coming away from the wall. I moved the bedside table as dropped something under it and it hadnt been cleaned behind there for a long while.

Had a very easy and quick checkin. The place was conveniently located and had ample free parking. The staff was great!

Very basic room but ok for one night. Bed is very comfortable. The rooms are dated and could do with updating. Rooms are clean so no real complaints. Staff were friendly and check in was quick & easy.

We have had an overnight stay here on our way up north . On more than one occasion hence we find Ibis affordable and as we have our dog also room is adequate for us .

Filthy dirty smelly hotel, very run down carpets in the corridors are black!! There are cheaper and betters hotels nearby do not stay here unless you are desperate this is an ibis filthy hotel very very poor and below standard

Great location. Great staff. However rooms are tired and the electric wall heaters getting passed it. The rooms need to speak better of the hotel.

Ok Barman was fantastic , receptionist needs to smile a bit more Rooms need updating but bedding and towels clean Great lounge room with pool table

Really good value for a short stay. Lovely staff and i hope to return soon when in area. Getting me a hairdrier and extra towel was no trouble for the staff. I would certainly recommend this hotel

Booked a double room and was told they only had twins left on arrival .. nothing much we could do about it

Overall great stay, lovely comfy bed, shower nice and hot, tea & coffee available Only thing I would say is the carpet is really dirty in room 204 could do with a good clean or replacing

Easy to locate and find. Room very clean & staff friendly too. Nice restaurant next door. Windows could do with upgrade as could here motorway traffic.

this was very basic for the price and the room was dirty and not the only one as someone else also complained the same night said she would not even take her shoes off in her room, found a bug on the bed and neither bedside lights worked and the switch was right behind my pillow, unsafe no socket beside the bed for the phone alarm. will never return and certainly will never suggest to anyone else.

Rooms are clean but basic. Shower room toilet is good. Heating wasn’t working in my room.
