Heating wasn’t working. No person to communicate.

Attentive staff, they were available even beyond their advertised hours. Very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I booked this apartment knowing I would have to do some laundry/clothes washing at this time of my travels and the machine was not working and they weren't able to fix it in time. The bathroom was not very clean and the shower didnt drain very well causing the bathroom to overflow even with a 3 minute shower. The pictures definitely look better than the state of the actual unit. Parking is a bit of a gamble and not reserved. If you leave and come back the lot might be full and you're parking on the street. Would not stay here again.

Lovely spacious clean superior apartment. Everything we needed for a comfortable nights stay. Would recommend for staying somewhere if you want to have a night at the greyhound racing close by

Unfortunately my stay was really not good with the fire alarm going off at 3:30am for an hour until I went and turned it off due to there being no staff on site worst nights sleep possible

Stay clear of this property and don’t be fooled by the photos. It smells, is dirty and contains fire hazards. Both toilet seats are not on properly either and there are hairs and bugs in the shower. I booked this for 2 nights to attend a family wedding in Birmingham. Upon checking in we discovered how bad it was and decided to leave and I booked a stay at Hampton by Hilton. After speaking with hotels.com, the onsite receptionist and the owner and showing them all the photos, the owner agreed to give me a 50% refund - see photos. However according to hotels.com they have refused to give me a partial refund and even lying saying they have authorised it.

The property is accessed via combination locked key boxes. The codes are usually sent in advance of check in (from 4pm). Last week I didn’t receive my code until 8.37pm, after two unacknowledged prompts by myself. Having complained about this, I also have had no response. I’m back again a week later and still no response and also no key code for this week. Helpfully, someone was on-site to give me my key as I made special arrangements to arrive by 7pm but not afterwards. I was sent 5 emails(!) confirming unhelpful information and none included a key code. Clean, a bit tired, a bit cheap but no problem with the accommodation, once it can be accessed. I will not use again.

ok - bed rock hard, mold in the shower. just a little run down but if it wasn't it would be more expensive.

Firstly I had 6 different emails from Naps in leading up to the check in, all could have been 1 email- there was a lot of unimportant info, then when getting to the unsigned building I had nowhere to park (even though the ad said there would be parking) so had to park in a very unsavoury looking area. The building is fine, a bit unkept but the apartment itself is awful. First of all it looked like the door had been broken into and repaired poorly, then I was greated by the smell of mold. I investigated and there was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and floor. Windows were broken, the blinds didn’t fit the windows and the place was in disrepair. I would not recommend!

Room could do with the walls painted and floor replaced in spots

Its an okay place for just sleep nothing romantic or fancy as seen online. Could be alot cheaper than asked for.

Generally, it's a good location but parking spaces are limited, if you're driving. I had to buy some detergents to clean the toilet and bath because it didn’t look clean. There was also a bit of filth at the rear car park around the bin area. However, the information provided prior to check in and check out was great- they have information posted inside the property as a reminder.

We were not sent access code to key box. Had to wait 40 mins

For the most part, looked exactly like the pictures, worth the value. It was a nice little apartment, clean however, the room smelt a little and the outside smelt of bins.

We really enjoyed the 2 bedroom with living room for 1 week within walking distance to Church Tavern pub and fields for sports event. Need to open windows in hot weather is right on the street with people walking by but got used to it. Being able to do laundry is great. No reception just instructions that did not come for hours and had to call the property by Whatsapp. Stayed in another suite for 3 people was big and roomy but no hot water. Having no reception desk to be able to talk to someone was a negative but I would stay again. Garbage bins outside were not tidy. Get to parking early so that you get a spot.

Spacious and clean apartment. Quiet with very friendly staff. She made such a huge impression.

Lovely apartment and in a perfect location. My only issue was upon arrival I still had not received and of the key codes to access the building or the key safe for the door key. Messages for this came through after I had checked out. However, after using the text number I was sent the info I needed. The apartment could do with a fan in the warm weather. It was very hot in the apartment. Everything else was perfect thank you.

Everything you need. Hob had a chip and floor tile as well. Maybe grey silicon in the holes in tiles in bathroom would be better. But clean and fresh

Nobody on reception - it's basically an apartment block with full time residents and the rest they rent out. I didn't like the look if it one bit and booked a Travelodge

Excellent communication of all the information needed for the stay. The building itself is quiet but a little bit of road noise. Amazing location for the Alexander Stadium - it is literally on the other side of the road from the entrance.

I booked this apartment as I was in Birmingham attending an event over 3 days. Having looked it only had 1 bedroom but did have a sofa bed, so was happy to book as I needed 2 beds. Lots of great communication just before the day of travel with information on car park, code to get into building, key safe code, etc. Apartment was on 2nd floor, there is a lift. Nice bright aparment, good sized bathroom with large shower cubicle. Table with 4 chairs to sit at for meals, hob and oven as well as microwave oven, fridge/freezer as well. Washing machine (we did not use). No plug for sink in kitchen and no tin opener. The TV at venue did not have any terrestrial channels and the wifi in the apartment was poor. When we came to go to bed, there was no bedding for the sofa bed except for 2 pillows. On the first evening I contacted the owners by text asking what could be done about the TV and getting bedding for sofa bed. Got a reply that evening for further information and that they could arrange for the next morning. I text back the following morning with what we needed and never got a reply and never got any items asked for. Could not park in car park on first night, but got space on every other night there. Apartment is right next to busy dual carriageway (A34) so with windows open it was noisy.
