Lengthy waiting to be checked in. Strange frosted glass shower setup. Beds weren't very comfortable. Sauna wasn't hot. Aircon not working. Breakfast was good.

Great property! Only downfall was housekeeping changed towels without putting new ones. Had to ask front desk and they gave me smaller and poor quality ones (the ones they had at hand at that moment). Complimentary water for tea were not replenished.

Disappointing Stay This was our third time staying at Novotel London Brentford, and unfortunately, it did not meet the standards of our previous visits. • The swimming pool, a key reason for booking, was closed for maintenance without prior notice, which was very disappointing for our family. • Breakfast, costing over £40 per day, was subpar. The hash browns were hard, the food lacked freshness, and there was constant frustration with coffee machines. One machine was turned off despite being stocked with hot chocolate, while the operational machine often ran out and was slow to refill. • Check-in was unpleasant. We felt rushed to pay the £30 parking fee upfront, and staff were dismissive when we inquired about member parking benefits. Strangely, our friend who checked in earlier was allowed to pay the parking fee at check-out. Overall, we were disappointed, particularly given the higher price and our loyalty to this hotel in the past.

Rooms very warm as usual. Sink was very slow at draining and wasn't fixed. Staff knowledge was poor regarding parking and breakfast booking. Better directions to hotel as the entrance is at the rear underneath the motorway.

I requested for an early check-in prior to my arrival, and I was surprised at how seamless it was handled. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a place to stay while in London.

Hotel was lovely however the service wasn’t great, slow and the staff in the restaurant/bar area looked very unhappy.

Have lost count of the number of stays- fabulous friendly fun - great choice for kids in menu and not all junk . Pool very good. Cannot recommend it enough .

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Before I arrived or even booked it, I did see in the review section about the room 113 which they always give to people who arrive for check in late. The staffs was rude and kept giving attitude when I asked for a room change which they said was fine at the start but then still ended up giving room 113. I don’t recommend this hotel what so ever. Terrible staff and terrible hotel:).

I loved everything about this property except how difficult it was to access the front door while carrying my luggage. I had to carry it quite a distance from the street on my own with no assistance (unless I'd been willing to leave it by the curb to go in search of help -- which I wasn't willing to risk). I'm 65 years old and have a heart condition, and the luggage situation was more physical stress than I expected to experience. The same was nearly the case when I left but the Uber driver was kind enough to assist. Other than that, everything was fine. The desk assistants were very kind and helpful. My room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool was fabulous. I had dinner on my last night and it was exceptionally good, and a great value for a reasonable price.
