Loud music playing until 1 in morning , then fighting and shouting outside window until 2 .

I stay here every time I work in the area. Rooms basic, but clean and comfortable. Staff downstairs very friendly. It is above a pub though, so can be noisy.

Family room in need of some tlc and a good clean. Room big and sheets clean.

Disappointed to say the least. No food available, and nothing nearby on a Sunday evening. Room was tired and in need of a refurb. Only one bedside cabinet, no shower mat, generally run down. Unable to add photos !!

Staff helpful, plenty of parking granted at 40quid a night it was clean. Could do with painting over old stains on roof . Room 1 over the entrance music stopped at 10pm fine but all the local alccys out shouting till 11.30 not great whem your wimdows open on the hottest day of the year. Also the lights outside shining up against the sign you had to drop the blinds

Very dirty mould in bathroom pillows on bed a disgrace no food not would t recomend it even if its the last resort

Great location for seeing local areas IE Cleethorpes, Humberstone etc. Safe. Fantastic staff, Kerry was brilliant made us feel very welcome and looked after us, nothing was too much trouble! Good value for money. Looking forward to booking again.

Great room with exceptional value for money. The breakfasts were amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again. Cracking place.

I stayed Saturday night, it was very noisy, thumping music from downstairs til after midnight. Very little sound insulation, I could hear the people in the next room, Sunday morning, erm, enjoying themselves. Room and bathroom clean, bed was comfortable.

Great place to Stop, family friendly, close to coast and working areas for engineers. Newly renovated, Deep cleaned bathroom but no big issue just picky, Recommend, by Bunny 04. x

Very load music from the bar until past 11pm, unfinished decor, its pike an unfinished project with a wardrobe that has no doors, no curtains with a street lamp outside the window, a pretty uncomfortable bed but nice carpets.

Check-in was the only aspect with an OK rating. The moment I was shown to the room, the corridor was disgusting. The smell of cigarette smoke was overpowering. The room was exactly the same. Dripping taps, dirty wash basin, dirty toilet. Constant dripping from bath taps. Disgusting carpets. 1 bed by window, extremely uncomfortable (springs protruding). Windows not sealed to external noise. Kettle was unusable. (went to the local store to purchase a new one). Cups were fithy. Spoons were filthy. No bins to place refuse. Other guests were slamming doors for a lengthy period of time. (most of the time, up to late night). If you need to have a peaceful stay, then steer clear of this "Hotel'' at all costs. This establishment may have been a hotel many moons ago, but not now. I don`t know if the rooms were sanitized, but on first appearances, who knows? For your own peace of mind, use that barge pole!

A reasonably clean and basic room, if a little tired overall. It's not extravagant, but then neither was the price. Having a proper pub downstairs means a relaxing drink is at hand.My only issue was that I left early for work and as I returned my key to the reception in the bar I tripped the alarm. I was never told there was another way out, and at 0630 there was no one about to ask, but sorry if I caused any problem
