Lovely hotel right in the centre of Kendall. I went with my 10 year old grandson for his birthday. The staff were brilliant and left him a balloon and chocs in the room. The pool was great and a bonus you get free towels to use

Definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were ALL welcoming and helpful. They even made our dog more than welcome. Free parking right next to the hotel. We will definitely book again.

Hotel is in a good position to the centre of town and restaurants. Free parking at hotel. Pool was fine. Hotel was a bit tired in bits, however the bar area had been recently renovated and was nice. The buffet breakfast was a bit basic and gluten options were poor.

The beds are too small, the mattresses too soft and the room was uncomfortably warm despite the heating being off. Breakfast was decidedly average. The bacon on the breakfast was incredibly hard, when i requested fresh bacon what they brought out was exactly the same. How hard is it to cook bacon??

The room was okay and the view was lovely, but the decor and spa were outdated. Check in was easy and hotel is in a good location. Carpark was full so had to park on the street. Dogs were allowed to stay and during our stay someone left their dog in the room howling and woke us up. Someone also brought their dog to the pool area which was strange and wasn't told otherwise. We had loud neighbours slamming their doors at 6:30 am and kids running about. I think the hotel would be better with a quieter area for couples.

Hotel undergoing some renovation which we hadn't been advised of. Rooms fine. Restaurant for breakfast, what can i say, i had to brush crumbs off my chair before i could sit. Had to wait for some of the cooked foods, needed to remind staff that we were still waiting. Breakfast only ok.

£300 plus for a 4 night stay & this hotel was tired. Don’t know how they dare charge that price for such a run down hotel. Bath was touched up with paint where there was rust. Furniture damaged, skirting never been painted for years. Very disappointing
