property is beautiful and the convenience of walking to the flight from the hotel is something I will never forget.

So quiet relaxing and super convenient for an early departure from terminal 5. Staff very helpful but the bar prices we found to be quite expensive even for an airport hotel.

Not enough staff to answer phones. Unwelcoming. Average 4 star, not 5 star hotel

Convenient for T5 but not much luxurious about the room I was given, room service the biggest rip off ever and I’m used to paying too much for this service, the tv kept turning itself off which was very annoying.

I stay here frequently and normally love the convenience of the location as well as the amenities. However, last week I stayed on a Sunday. The large lounge area was closed so everyone was forced to go to the bar. Normally the bar is relaxed with nice food, tables etc. However, there were TVs on everywhere blaring football. I couldn't hear my friend and I had to ask the waiter to turn at least one TV down. The waiters look totally frazzled and had no idea about service - looked like they were trying to play catch-up. Hotel - please don't turn the TVs up full blast - they don't do anything for your brand and hardly anyone was watching them. It's not a sports bar!!!

I sleep with a CPAP machine needed extension lead as no plugs by bed. Had to ask twice for one to be delivered also breakfast in room card wasn’t taken over night had to phone reception to com and get it and the deliver the breakfast this isn’t the standard I’m use to from Sofitel

Comfy bed. Noisy air-con. Poor water pressure. Handy location. I’d stay again.

The only place to stay if your flying out of T5

Food was terrible £25 for plain salad and a tea. No plug sockets by the bed, no use for sleep apnea machines. This really annoys me in any hotel let alone 5 star hotel. Poor interior designer, look flash but in practical can think that far ahead.

Always the best choice when traveling

I often book here day before or after a trip. It's a great hotel close to the action but still has a sense of calm and prestige which is good for people who travel for work. Polite and attentive staff, clean environment and shop downstairs for convenience.
