Highly recommend this lovely and charming hotel.Their staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The hospitality is the best I’ve ever had and the rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh water, tea and coffee and turndown service every night. I recommend getting cocktails at their bar and the fish and chips. We stayed here for Christmas and it was absolutely magical. We will definitely be coming back.

Impeccable service and property. Felt very luxurious. I felt very looked after. Note they charge for room cleaning. I was surprised by that. Lots of coffee and breakfast spots close by. Great location for sightseeing.

Lovely hotel,friendly attentive staff. Efficient service. Bar staff manage to get balance between speedy service,friendliness and relaxed but respectful approach. I’m not used to staying in expensive or high-end hotels so I can’t compare to other similar places.

A+ service all around! From the moment we walked in all the way up until checkout, they made us feel right at home. Just a few issues that seem normal for a slightly older bathroom/building, but the staff was eager to help us get those fixed.

This is a very nice hotel. Very traditional with an attentive staff and a very quiet and calm atmosphere. The neighborhood? Amazing! Very walkable with a supermarket for snacks around the corner Would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. =)

Lovely hotel in a great spot in Mayfair. Very pleasant and friendly staff particularly the doorman! The bar is cosy and beautifully appointed and our room which was on the 7th floor was bigger that expected (as read previously the rooms can be smaller) and it had an open view over neighbouring rooftops. Would return and recommend.
