We stay every year at least once for a mini break and it is always fantastic. Beds are super comfy, amazing bathrooms, helpful staff. Had breakfast both days this time as it was so good and worth the extra cost. Will be back in the summer for a birthday visit

Beautiful hotel full of character. This time we stayed in the modern/new part of the hotel and just as lovely as the original side. The staff are wonderful and helpful, the spa is great, we used the steam room and swimming pool and booked massages as additional extra. Would absolutely return again in Spring.

Our second stay here in as many weeks, this time for a Christmas away. Once again the staff and service was top class and the food was absolutely amazing. Some of the staff even remembered us from our previous visit. Special mention for Katie on reception who made sure we had the room we really wanted and Dan who was so helpful with his drink recommendations in the Rise Restaurant. The Christmas lunch was fantastic, and praise indeed for the Rise executive chef, the team in the kitchen, the waiting staff and the lady who was managing the pass for working so hard to make sure everyone got fed. I am sure we will be back again.
