No complaints whatsoever, staff was friendly and accommodating and helpful, the room was lovely, the bathroom was lovely, it was quiet and clean and breakfast every morning was great. Wish we’d have stayed for longer

Very nice hotel in good position, directly opposite V&A Museum. 24-hour room service, which was quick & reasonable. Nice lounge bar with good food offerings (in addition to full restaurant). Large, comfortable room with King size bed, plus sofa & 2 armchairs. Facilities included coffee / tea, biscuits, free WiFi, large TV, hair dryer, iron + board, walk-in wardrobe, bathrobes & slippers. Bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower over. Good parking at Q-Park, about 15 mins walk, with 20 mins loading directly outside hotel. 2-3 mins walk to tube stations.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint was that some of the cooked breakfast items (tomatoes, hash browns, beans and bacon) looked as though it had been cooked some time ago. Pastries, cold meat and fruit were also available, and were fine. I would certainly stay again.

Great hotel in a great location. Across the street from 3 museums and a short walk to tube station, restaurants/caffès and shopping including Harrods. Rooms are roomy, well appointed, with comfy beds and bath. Delicious breakfast was included.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. The room was comfortable and quiet and of a reasonably high standard. It looked like it had been fairly freshly decorated. Breakfast selection was fantastic and staff were friendly. The only negative point was that the gym and pool were and additional charge of £15 per day. I had booked the hotel based on it having a gym and pool and it was disappointing to learn this. For this reason alone, I'd probably stay elsewhere, but if that doesn't bother you, it's a great place to stay.

Had a small issue with room as had paid for an upgrade and didnt see what we'd paid for, after a chat with reception issue was resolved very amicably. Hotel is a little vit dated but very comfortable, very clean and staff were very helpful
