The hotel is 5 minutes from the station and shops. Having Tesco express next to the place is very handy. Room was very clean and tidy Breakfast had a vast selection of products and dairy free alternatives ( on demand ) Staff was super friendly and happy to help, keeping our luggages after check out

Carpark around the side also on the other side tesco carpark can also be used and it's 5 pounds to park or street parking free after 6pm until 8am. Quick check in No information given Room was ground floor The room itself was spacious and clean but in need of a massive makeover, very worn out furniture and marked walls big stains on carpet just felt rather disappointed with the room Bed was comfortable enough Wifi hit and miss Shower was hot and powerful Probably better hotels closer by! Location is a short walk to the city center. Unsure if I'd stay again!

So I booked a executive room which was supposed to have a double bed instead I got 2 single beds pushed together with 2 sungle mattresses well im sorry thats not a double bed if I was to purchase a double bed from a shop I woudnt expect 2 single beds with 2 mattresses I would expect a double bed with a double mattress so I was very disappointed about that waking up in the middle of the night with a crack in the middle of the bed were the 2 mattresses have parted so not happy at all when I mentioned it to the reception the next she wasnt really bothered so I wont be staying there again!!! 😡😡😡😡

We have been here a few times and it’s changed a bit over the years. It’s a little bit tatty in places but the rooms are large and clean with everything you need. It’s about a 5 min walk to the centre but just far enough out to be peaceful at night. Whilst all the staff were very good and helpful, I should of got the name of the young lady on reception who was a bundle of fun and very good at sorting any problems.
