The hotel is central for our needs, and we will always book this hotel first. Then staff area friendly and professional.

The hotel itself is in a good location and everything is acceptable but maybe not as deluxe as the deluxe room description would suggest. I could not sleep due to ongoing noise and commotion directly above my room, which went on for several hours. Upon ringing reception, the man couldn’t quite understand what the issue was but eventually I asked him to check out what was going on and then it stopped. It didn’t sound like other guests as it sounded more like people were closing doors and sorting stuff out. In the morning, I ran a bath but had to properly wash the bath before I filled it as there were black bits of dirt stuck on the grip part of the bath. The tap also looked like it had been knocked as it appeared to be leaning forward. It’s not what I had hoped for from the stay which is a shame.

Cute and convenient rooms in a Central location. Only thing is that Rooms are very small but I guess that’s Central London!

The hotel is close to a few bus stations as well as Paddington, Bayswater, and Queensway Station which makes it an ideal location for people looking to explore London. The hotel and the rooms itself are very clean and well looked after, the staff provides attentive service and the people working in reception are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location and easy access to public transit and restaurants.

Like typical London accomodation, small but it worked. This hotel is extremely inflexible about accommodating date changes regardless of your reason. I had an emergency as a physician so tried to cancel one night, they refused and were not willing to work around it. Definitely won't return as I can tell they are not customer service focused. The one night did not go to waste so no regrets but it was my first time there and will he my last.

Great location for city centre, Notting Hill restaurants and Hyde Park. Comfortable cosy room.

The only option i did not like was not having a curtin or shower door in bathroom. Stay was excellent other than that.

Overall OK. Location is good - close to Queensway station. Room is comfortable. Nice bed. Lots of noise from floor above. Very poor drainage in shower - short shower always resulted in ankle deep dirty water. Check in was poor - we were told international travelers got priority check in - rude woman at desk said come back at 3. Price is reasonable for area

Excellent hotel room with lots of space. Very comfortable beds and good bathroom. Controllable airconditioning was a good bonus. Wonderful view over Hyde park. No noise at night, despite being on a busy street. Wonderful location, close to tube stations and many restaurants and supermarkets. Would stay again and will highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We had a suite overlooking the park that worked perfectly for our family. The staff was marvelous — very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and are already planning a return stay.
