The stay was great but I asked for a vat receipt for the total paid for the two rooms that I paid for on the company card the amount was different to what I paid you so i need a receipt from yourselves for the total I paid to keep my account in order for my company

I liked the facilities, pool and hot tub was lovely. Missed biscuits with tea and coffee, very hot in room but still very comfortable. All staff were helpful and friendly, check in and out was a breeze. Food was lovely too.

1 am to 3 am next door had people not booked to stay which caused a huge disturbance in the corridor until the early hours, woke up at 6:30 for breakfast at 7:30 due to having to leave at 7:45. Hot breakfast was late coming out and had to miss breakfast. Staff very unhelpful

Lovely sauna, swimming pool, hot tub, gym and steam room. Rooms were decent vending machines everywhere. Free parking on the weekend which is great. Nice little pub downstairs alongside a Starbucks. The roll out mattress had stains on them so we didn’t use it so lost abit of money but that was the only downside

Great hotel and very comfortable. My only negative was that my shower was broken. They have modernised various elements of the hotel such as no phone in the room and if you need to contact reception to go on a web chat style system. This didn't work for me as when I originally went on to report the shower fault there was no option for this on the drop down automated box. After ten mins of trying I gave up and had to have a shower with it faulty. I mentioned it in the morning upon check out but that's that... I couldn't go down to reception at the time of fault. The toilet seat also didn't work properly. Facilities great, very good vending machines and the hotel food was really really good, slightly pricy but well worth it. Great location with plenty of shops nearby and complex. Room was clean. Plenty of car parking

Rooms were not ready when we arrived well after check in time. Rooms basic, dark and very few sockets. Light coming in from under the main hotel room door and too noisy due to large gap under door. Ordered a six seater taxi via reception to leave for a wedding venue and only a four seater turned up. Two of the wedding guests had to wait and pay again for another taxi. Not enough staff for how busy the hotel was. For the price we paid, we didn’t expect to get a Premier Inn stay!

Tried charging us again for parking and pool use during checkin. Pillows lumpy and hard. Only one towel in room. Soap dispensers and remote were filthy! Couldn’t use pool as full of children having swimming lessons and parents sat around watching them. Staff were really pleasant though

Really odd that the plug points nearest to the bed were round/foreign and incompatible with uk plugs! Not sure why this is but it is incompatible for people who use a CPAP machine at night and a little odd all round. The hotel staff did find a workaround but this left an electric cable as a tripping hazard across the end of my bed. The hotel was great value for the price but reflective of being on the edge of a retail park. Could be noisy as the centre is really active but as long as you know that in advance it’s no worse than being in a city centre location

We booked multiple rooms for colleagues at the village and have been disappointed with the stay. At check-in it was not explained that the car parking was at extra five pounds per night and cards just had funds deducted. Parking really should be free. You can park free for four hours if you are a gym/swim member but paying guests have to pay extra? If you wanted to use the facilities, again you have to pay extra per day. On different mornings colleagues came out into the corridors to be greeted with dirty towels and sheets just thrown in piles on the floor. Breakfast was an extortionate 16 extra per day. When I called to ask about the car parking as I was certain it hadn't stated an extra charge the receptionist was quite sarcastic and said 'in most hotels you have to pay to park now' . Er perhaps in the city centre but this is on a retail park in Chilwell. Overall just really poor with all little money grabbing extras. Expected more from the village tbh. Wont be using them again.

Was annoying that car parking was not included with Hotels.com. Hotel was over £200/night due to local event but does not live up to this price tag. Breakfast ran our of eggs, milk was UHT for cereal and tea. Room was clean and serviced well. No sockets to charge phones by the bedhead, but 10 feet away. On-line check in that I had to have guidance through. Staff in authority in short supply/non-existent much of the timeIt served its purpose for my trip, but would rate it as a basic hotel and not worth more than £100/night at a max. I had to pay extra for parking and for the gymn/pool (believe this is included through other sites). In addition, don't book breakfast in advance, its cheaper to buy it on-site in advance by £2/day.
