I loved my stay! It was so cozy and spacious. I had a lovely sauna in my room which was a nice perk. There are many tram lines right out the door so it’s easy to get around. The room service and breakfast buffet was delicious as well.

We really enjoyed the private sauna in the room and the location was great for walking. The only disappointment was the quality of the breakfast.

Stayed 3 days at Lapland Hotel whilst on business. Wonderful hotel, beautiful decor and rooms. Restaurant was high quality but above all, the staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and all with a winning smile. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was way too small and smelled terrible. U are paying for location and thats it. Nothing else.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. The rooms were some of the best I have stayed in. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to hooe up Whole walking the city. Short walk to Harbor , Market Square and main shopping district. Extra bonus was the in room sauna. Great way to relax after touring the city and environs.

Minor quibble was the restricted hours of the sauna

A good stay.

Perfect atmosphere to relax after a long sleepless overseas flight. Staff was very welcoming, decor was lovely, beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay! We stayed in a suite and the in room sauna made it extra special. This hotel is top notch and a great way to experience Helsinki.

Fantastic hotel in every respect

Positives: I love how clean this hotel is even years after commencing operations. For instance, there are no signs of wear and tear in the shower - shower caulk has no mould, tile grout is perfectly clean. Many hotels, even 5 star hotels, struggle to maintain this. Everything is exceptionally cleaned and well maintained. I was updated to a sauna room which was really lovely. The sauna rooms are unique and I highly recommend them. I love the music, the dark and moody feel throughout the hotel and the breakfast is superb - a 5 star experience. Lastly, the location is fantastic. I prefer Bulevadi, close to the design district, then in the heart of Kluuvi. So this is my preferred location. Negatives: This is my third stay at Lapland Bulevadi over the years. Twice I haven't been Able to eat at the restaurant at night as they have been too busy and were not staffed to handle the load. However the bar tender did give me a drink on the house as a result. This isn't too bad as there are plenty of restaurants in the area but just an observation. In my most recent stay there was a loud noise that the air con would make occasionally which would sometimes wake me up when falling asleep, it would then stop again. And I couldn't work out how to turn the aircon off? I don't like sleeping with it on and there isn't a simply off Botton like other hotels. I am sure it is simply and will just ask reception next time.
