Bilingual staff, French,English,Spanish. They help us with the shuttle that would takes us to the Airport from hotel. Nice people works there.

Confirmed with front desk worker in the evening that the first shuttle would be there at 5:30am, but it didn't show and the next shuttle was late so I ended up missing my flight, which made for an expensive day. If you have an early flight, arrange for a taxi!

Self check in was complicated , if u call and speak English they hang up on you !! Reception opens for a couple of hrs only , breakfast attendant was extremely rude , name is bead and breakfast which should be replaced as the breakfast is not automatic , you need to pay in addition which was never clear ?!

I called from the airport to get an airport transfer because they said online that they offered. But when I called, a lady answered and told me she didn’t speak English and hung up without giving me a chance to ask in French. I called again and she didn’t answer me. So we got a taxi to the hotel. I asked if we could get a transfer to the airport tomorrow and she didn’t want to help and just starred at me. She was by far the rudest person we have met on our trip. Good luck staying here

Scammers. Took 3 payments and was constantly told my card did not accept payment but was double then triple charged. Room was a mess as we got in and the curtains had mould all over. Shower had no pressure and hot water was limited.

We needed a hotel close to the airport, so naturally we came to hotels.com to book, We foudn this hotel to be reasonable and have decent reviews. DO NOT STAY HERE! The room was dirty, it looked as though they rented it out by the hour. The sink did not have hand soap. We were there for less than 10 hours and each came out with tons of bug bites. Upon arriving back to the US I had to go to urgent care to get them treated because I had so many. My friend who I traveled with also had a bunch of bug bites. We would have been better off sleeping at the airport. Also- they don't have any overnight front desk assistance. They literally pull a gate down and you're left to fend for yourself. We left as early as we could to go wait at the airport and the housekeeper on our floor was dressed in a night gown (I'm not over exaggerating or being funny- a literal nightgown...We saw housekeepers upon check-in dressed in a uniform). I knew at that moment that I should have never stepped foot in this place.

Nice clean basic accommodation with a reasonable continental breakfast let down by the poor air conditioning. I specifically chose this hotel because it is advertised with aircon. There is just a small vent in the room which is connected to the hotel’s cooling system which is totally inadequate and the temperature cannot be controlled from the room. My room was too hot all night long and I slept badly both nights of my stay. To advertise this hotel as having air conditioning is very misleading! Some satellite tv wouldn’t go amiss either as the basic French tv channels are DIRE!

Hotel was not clean and shower drain was clogged so could not drain and flooded entire bathroom. Also someone had punched a hole into wall and never been fixed. Beds were very hard and no air or fans to cool room.

The property is very close to the airport. That's about it. It's dirty, it smells like cigarette smoke, it's right next to a dance club, and it's loud. I felt unsafe staying there and felt like everything in the room was dirty. There was a big stain on my pillow, and the smell of cigarette smoke was very disgusting.

The hotel was a good location for the airport, but the car park was not secure & a lots of noise from near by club with a lot of people hanging around the area . You felt a little unsafe .

There was a hair on my clean towel, the room smelled of smoke, there were cigarette burns, in the table and floor, and the bed was highly uncomfortable. I didn’t want to sleep for the few hours I was there because it didn’t feel clean. Would not recommend.

Hotel was fine. Although a staff member knocked really hard several time in the morning because steam from the bathroom was coming out the door. I had to come out naked and open the door because he would stop knocking, not being from this country and a woman traveling alone I was a bit scared. I found it very rude and the room was freezing since there is no heater. I don’t think anyone likes to be pulled out of the shower naked and feel exposed. Even after he saw I was undressed and soaked he continued like it was normal to pull someone out in that condition.
