Great hotel part from the fact I had a terrible experience as when I returned the hotel has looked me out of my room ..it then transpired that they thought I owed them money as I was down as the previous guest and they had mixed my room up with someone else’s ..this was midnight so I wasn’t in the mood for 50min games and the reception guy was addimant …

Just over the road from the station, so very handy for early starts and also not having to go far on arrival at Lille Europe (it's visible as you leave the station). Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was a bit bland and lacking atmosphere, but I don't suppose people stay there for that. The only weakness was the poor WiFi - at a Hilton, I'd expect it to be better

We liked that the Gare de Lille Europe and a huge shopping mall were across the street from the hotel. The restaurant was good for breakfast lunch and dinner. Our room was quiet and the beds comfortable. We could have used hand bars in the shower as the shower was slippery. I purchased a tapis de Bain which worked well. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay!

This property is right next to the Lille Europe train station so extremely convenient. It is just about a quarter of mile walk to get to downtown Lille ane from there to all the Bistrots and cafes.

We spent a night in an executive room with a rolled out sofa bed. The bed was creaky, the carpet and the toilet were stained. The bathroom is a glass cube sitting in the middle of the room, I didn’t love it as I was traveling with my daughters and would have enjoyed more privacy when showering. The staff was very nice and efficient and the breakfast offers were varied. Extremely convenient, could not be closer to transportation and restaurants. So overall a mixed bag.

The AC did not work. We tried, the staff tried. There was no air coming out at all. The room was miserably warm and uncomfortable. The bathroom was not private. Ok if traveling with a romantic partner. The glass around the shower was not all frosted.

Air conditioning not effective. Thermostat did not work well. We spoke to front desk but unable to fix. Otherwise room was OK

Nice hotel with great view of the city. Unfortunately the hotel is in the middle of some building works which meant some of the facilities were not available e.g Gym. Not sure if it was connected by the windows were a bit grubby and there were some marks on the carpet. Minor things just, beds were comfy and breakfast great.

Friendly staff, great location for Eurostar and spacious room. Definitely needs to be updated. Everything in the room looks so dated and worn. No coffee machine, just a kettle with a few sachets of instant coffee and tea, plus 2 tiny bottles of water. Only 1 dressing gown and 1 pair of slippers for 2:people. The worse thing is the shower drain as the water does not flow quickly down it and fills the bath up. Doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel!

Excellent location for the Eurostar, but we found it difficult to navigate to the front door. Better instructions would be helpful.

Desk staff were not very helpful, and spoke little or no English.
